Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
This was my first time using ask. I found the process to be quite easy and efficient. Within an hour they link me up with an appraisal that was knowledgeable of the typos I am I was trying to sell. I got a report back in less than an hour. And they gave me the opportunityTo ask additional questions if I needed to.
I cancelled my account immediately after paying the $5 joining fee. Just Answer still went ahead and charge an extra $60 for the whole month. No refund.

I repeadly told them I didn't want to pay the $1 fee or the $39 fee. They took $39, $1, and $46. They gave me back rhe $39. When I called again for the rest of my stolen money to be returned, I got yelled at by the CSR. Trying to tell me my bank is wrong. All this place does is steal your money! I would look fora different site if you don't want your money atolen.

Rennan Lui was very detailed in determining the cause of my problem. I could receive emails but could not send them. Finally analysis was that my internet service was blocking the outgoing email somehow. After resetting the router overnight and restarting my computer, the problem was solved. Very good job.

This outfit is a scam. I had a problem with my camera. They were listed under Nikon, but I was k=led to believe a tech would answer me shortly. $ 4.00 to initial the contact and $ 15.
There after for a indication of the problem. After I gave them my credit card info, I got connected to a Lawyer page and the followup page was a $ 60. Charge.

My seeking an appliance 'expert' put me in a chatroom for $5. That quickly was elevated to an offer of 'a personal phone call with an upcharge of $24...it went downhill from there! I refused the phone call, explained the problem, and after a bunch of slow back and forth 'chats', I was told that I had a broken icemaker, something I already knew quite well! WORST of all, I checked my VISA billing later that day...the charge they posted was for $40!
Should have been $5, even if there had been a phone call of $24 it would have been $29!
This is a fraudulent, scamming service and should be investigated by law enforcement. Of course I reported it immediately to VISA who are doing an investigation. Obvious to me that JustAnswer pads the bill illegally and hopes that no one notices. They picked on the wrong customer; always report fraud in posts to help other consumers.

I was putting in my cc info for what I was told a $5.00 charge, for a Just Answer technician to help me with the tv. I put in my cc info, and thank god it was declined, because before I even got to the technician, Just Answer was charging me $46.00 for something and a $30.00 charge for a membership I DID NOT WANT. I called my bank to clear up the different charges. I'll tell you, Wells Fargo was looking out for me!'

My vet Dr Kara answered promptly and was very detailed with her information and she answered my questions which gave me more information and tips on how to care for our pet poodle who was having neck spasms. I'm very pleased with the information and tips that we got plus Dr Kara I could tell cares about animals and their owners cuz she told me to update her with Gingers progress.
My 4 wk old kittens were constipated and JUST ANSWERS was able to help me. Still working on it but the advice was professional and correct. Thanks. I hope the $1 trail is over and I don't have to pay monthly chgs as happened before. I don't need to subscribe, the trial was fine.
I was charged an extra amount for a membership fee I never requested. The advice received could be found on Google. I'd really advise anyone to stay clear.

My rabbit Peanut Butter has a slight issue. The vet answered promptly. He asked for photos of her skin issue. And told me about products to help. Really nice guy.

Needed some advise on a problem customer, they gave me good input on what was the best action to take. When I was informed on their website that they could take up to a day to contact me, i decided to purchase the call service. No one was available to call me at the momment. Eventually I started chatting with the lawyer online and he gave me all of the info that I needed. We were done, then I get a phone call from them and it went to voicemail, I was charged for the phone call even though I did not needed it anymore. I contacted customer service and they refunded my card that same day. I thought it was going to be hassle to get me refund. It was easy.
I would not recommend this site to anyone! They say your satisfaction is 100% gauranteed. However I did not get the help I needed and they charged me anyway, eventhough they have a reminder that say's your account will not be charged until you push the accept buttom. What a crock, I never accepted, and they also gauranteed they would get back to me within two hours via e-mail, it's been 4 days. I have also sent 4 e-mails to their customer service and have not received one reply. In order to get back on the website they want another deposit.
Needless to say I am not in the least satisfied with this site!
The pop up states a $2 refundable charge, gets Your Cc info, then charges you $59 US monthly membership fee before you blink and then make it very difficult to get a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
