Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
James was extremely helpful and went out of his way to find an answer for me. He was very courteous timely with his replies!
I used this service one time. I have no recollection of agreeing to any ongoing charges. I would never have agreed to that. I have now been charged for an extra two months. I am not happy.

Don't use their service
I cancelled my membership- didn't know I should look for a cancelation email because that wasn't clear and still got charged for the amount. They wouldn't refund me and when I was expressing my concerns the representative disconnected the chat. Not professional and not something I will ever use again.

If you cancel your membership- make sure you get a cancelation confirmation email, but also... I wouldn't use them.

I called for APPLE support, got NO help with this company and had to go to the phone store instead, ASKED the rep directly that I not be charged for the call, which I'd think would also end the 'free trial' they now tell me I agreed to, but ended up being billed an additional $46.00 because I was supposed to intuit that they would still charge me that extraordinarily high monthly fee for NO HELP. I should've read the reviews - but when your phone isn't working you just reach out for help. I had NO IDEA.

Don't fall for JustAnswer.com's scam. Even if you are desperate because you can't get your new phone to work, don't imagine that calling Apple Support will get you there - your call WILL BE answered by this company instead, and they will charge you $46.00 a month thereafter until you notice it an call to cancel it.

I find that I use Justandwer very rarely, but I do get experts when I do. Well, a couple of times I have poded my question and got duds, but I tried again (it gives me that option) and got good expertise.
BUT
I pay more than value for the service considering how often I use it. When I do, they ALWAYS seem to want money for the individual transaction. Oh, can we charge you $25 to connect by phone instead of chat? Can we charge you $50 to raz into your computer so that we can fix your problem. Oi. I already paid for the service already. And connecting by phone, or razing in makes the technician's life easier, not just mine. Why the heck should I have to pay to help the poor guy out.
So when you calculate the value proposition, understand that you are paying for the right to pay for a service.

The lawyer was a bot. Didn't answer questions intuitively. Long pauses. Answered " Yes" to a clarifying statement that was not a question. Got charged $51 for nothing. Stay away! No Refunds

I was charged the $5 fee for asking the question, plus a surprise charge of $35 for a monthly membership, and I never received an answer. If I could, I'd give you zero stars. AND I'm filing a consumer complaint.
My daughter had a Guinea Pig who suddenly started exhibiting strange behavior, lying on her side with her legs scrabbling, and she was unable to crawl. She was healthy when my wife gave her a half a mini carrot 2 hours prior. Unfortunately, could not contact her regular vet, due to it being late in the evening, and the nearest emergency pet care that would treat Guinea Pigs was over an hour away (plus $260 to even see her). I sent in my question, and 3 hours later, still no reply. After waiting the first two hours for an answer, my wife took my daughter and the GP to the emergency room, where the pet lived for a few more minutes, then died in my daughter's hands. Maybe she could have been saved, maybe not. But I still don't have an answer the next morning.
And the surprise monthly charge of $35 is not something they advertise up-front, nor is it prominent in the terms and conditions. You gotta dig for it, because they don't tell you before they charge you...they talk about the $5 for the question, and nothing about a membership. I found out when I went to the website to check to see if anyone answered my question yet. Surprise!

My Microsoft Office simply disappeared on me overnight - no warning, no reason, just gone. I couldn't open any Word or Excel documents for 3 days. Then, on the 4th day, it was back - no warning, no reason, just back. So I'm a happy camper for 2 days, then - you guessed it - gone again. I Googled "How to Recover Microsoft Word" and wound up on JustAnswer.com. After immediate response, a couple of clicks, a techie was on my pooter remotely fixing the problem. It took around 30 minutes and all was well once again. I couldn't be happier! I was nervous about a stranger having access to my whole world, but when you think about it, that's just a fact of life anymore anytime you turn your pooter on. What used to requre days for repair (pack up hardware, drive to pooter police, leave for days, drive to pick up, etc. etc.) now requires 30 minutes of sitting back, drinking a cup of coffee, and let the techs do their thing.
I went to my computer on Monday and went through the usual routine to look at mail, the markets and then my portfolios but this time something wasn't working. I couldn't get into the TD Ameritrade account, just a white screen. I went to Just Answer and got Praveen and he immediately went to work. He took over my computer and the mouse "roared", left, right, up and down, clicking on things before I even finished reading what it was. He was clearly on to something and before I knew it, about 30 minutes later, he got me going. I could never have done what he did. He definitely knows his way around a computer. He's my go-to guy for any future problems.
I've contacted Justanswer on their Website. Everything seemed ok and I wanted to fix my washer.
The response was quite fast and was told that my doorlock on the washer had to be changed. I was given a part # and referred to Amazon. I've contacted Amazon and the part was discontinued. I finally found on the WEB a way to RESET the motor on the washer. I did that and it solved my problem. I was charged 34.03$ for the call. 53.00$ for being a (monthly) customer. A total of $89.03. I was not informed about the 53$ Membership. Furthurmore JustAnswer did not solve my problem.
I found it outrages having hidden costs.

Great info and fast. Fast info that I could use. Cleared up my confusion.
I needed a vet to answer a question about my sick cat. They claim 24/7 help and answers within minutes. The chat initially tells you there's a refundable fee to join, mine was $5. I figured it was a trial. I consented to the $5 and posted my question. I waited 3 hours and never got connected to a vet, so I canceled at that time. I got confirmation of the cancellation (for future charges) and then after 12 + hours and canceling, I finally get a lame response saying to ask my vet, a typical auto response that I saw on other replies. My vet was not open at 8pm when I needed help and all I wanted to know was if there was an OTC medicine that would be safe to give my cat for pain. I ended up finding my answer on Google that night and got pain meds from my vet that morning when they opened. As for the time before they opened, I was able to give him a small amount of baby aspirin. So much for the advertised 24/7 help.

In January JustAnswer answered a question for me. They had quoted a low price but charged me £35 and I had to sign up for a membership. I was disappointed with that and the totally inadequate advice I received but decided to take it on the chin and I cancelled my membership. This cancellation was confirmed in an email from Jeff Cavellini of JustAnswer on 30 January 2013. I omitted checking my credit card statements for a whilesubsequently and when I did on June 27 I found that JustAnswer had continued to charge me £35 for the period February through June, £175 in all. I called JustAnswer and they refused to refund the excess charge as 'they had a second email on their file for me and that email had not been cancelled.' What nonsense, my account was cancelled and I should not have been charged at all. What a bunch of dishonest people - please think very very hard before you use them,

I would like to say, after leaving a negative review (see above) I received a message from Customer Care stating they would help Me out if I called back. I did that and yes, they did refund my money. I am thankful for that, however, they refused to help me the first time I called customer care. It wasn't until I posted the review and I filed a complaint with the FTC (https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/) that they decided they could refund the charges.

I was told it would cost $5.00 for an answer from an attorney. Ok, sounds reasonable. But what they fail to tell you is that $5.00 is the fee that initiates your subscription! No free trial period in which to cancel, just automatically enrolled and within days I was charged an additional $46! I didn't notice the charge until another month had gone by and I had a second charge (I was out of town and not expecting I would have to monitor my bank account). As with all the bad actors in this world today, they refused to reverse the charges even though the most current one was "pending". I was able to cancel the subscription, but their so called "customer care" has no ability to help the consumer that has just been duped out of nearly $100! It seems this is the new business model, anyone with any interest in a product or service is automatically enrolled in a subscription service that they have no control over, until they inadvertently discover re-occuring charges to their bank account! I'm sure these money hungry business owner's love this, but I'm so completely disgusted by bad business practices I'm loosing all faith in human decency. Even the customer care employee told me they have many people per day calling with the same complaint. She is located in the Philippines. I asked her how she likes working for a company that steals money out of peoples pockets? I told her, I know people in the Phillipines think we are all rich in the U.S., but it's not true, we aren't. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford to just toss my money in the air and let some charlatan grab it, but it's now become the way of the world.
