Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Okay, I admit I'm a hypochondriac, but I also do have MS, severe Fibromyalgia and a couple other things. I don't like going to a germy, overheated Dr office just to make sure I'm not going to expire from something on late Friday night. I just turned 60 and have an eye infection I'm being treated for, for over a week. It's not much better, so I suddenly decided at midnight that I obviously must have cataracts, now that I'm officially elderly.
Too much money for answers that aren't even correct. Charged me for another month when I went through the steps of canceling my membership. Wouldn't refund me. Lady was rude who I talked to on the phone and talked over me and then hung up on me.

You think you're getting expert advice for a $1 charge at the site and with the chat person The site is deliberately difficult to decipher, with no help from a customer associate. The next thing you know your credit card is charged $31 for a membership I know I never authorized. When you contact Just Answer they give you the song and dance that you knew what the bit was from the beginning. Hundreds of people like myself have been flimflammed by Just Answer. We all didn't misunderstand the scam. Do the research. In my case, like the other hundreds, that wasn't so. We all aren't stupid rubes. You might expect a reputable business to accommodate the customer. This doesn't happen with Just Answer. Beware of this operation. If you don't, you'll get your credit card charged for a service you never authorized. And the company refuses to credit the charge on the card.

I had been awake for two nights and had taken muscle relaxers and tranquilizers. I was STILL awake and desperate for sleep but afraid to take any more medication. I received an answer to my question within about 5 minutes, took one more medication and drifted off to sleep with no aftereffects.
For starts they have no problem rebilling regularly. But if you unsubscribe they end it right then and there even if you paid the month already.
I used the Mechanic's assistance, but the techs offered gave me nothing a good tech wouldn't already have known before looking for outside help. If you are a home DIY then sure, but if you are a professional and know your field, they don't give you anything you don't already know.

I've been online trying to find an answer to my problem and it told me basically the same thing your mechanic told me. Here's the clincher, I couldn't find the Mem box, after I tore the whole seadoo apart, I found it by accident, up in the front of the seadoo. You tube couldn't even help me, getting the box at a point where you could work on it, I found the snap in a place you didn't even know it was there, presto, the box lays flat and you can open it. I finally found the 5 amp fuse, checked it and it was fine, put it back in the fuse holder and the seadoo started right up. I took the fuse back out, wire brushed the spades, moved it in and out of the holder, put everything back together. Everything is good. Thanks
I paid five dollars for an attorney to say he couldn't answer my questions. Than they charged me for the membership I wasn't aware I had. I canceled the membership and tried to get my refund back, but no. They also have the worse customer service. They just like to take advantage of people.

Had a legal issue, google around thought I would find help. I get justanswers and they said for $5 they'll have a pro, in my case an attorney give me advice. I fill out the chat and they sent me a link stating it would be $5 to join and post my question to attorney. I get a notification from my bank the SOB took out $65. I contacted their customer service, they said there's nothing they can do and it's my fault I didn't read the terms. When I told her that the terms weren't presented until after I paid & that their chat agent didn't say anything about an additional fee in our chat prior she went on and on about nothing she can do and it was still my fault. I tried uploading pictures here but it wouldn't let me because files are too big. TRUST ME, STAY AWAY!

The communication between the attorney and me were excellent. The answers were veyr much on target and answered certain questions about issues I had not thought about. The value received from your answers was very good.
The administrative part of your services;, sales, billing, and client care, did not rate as high. For me, however, the value received exceeded the amount paid for the service. The value is iin the eyes of the beholder.
My dog invested several things she most certainly shouldn't have, like heartworm medication and a bottle of Cosequin. Of course it was after hours and my vet was closed. After some screening questions, I was referred to a vet who addressed my fears (he assured me the stuff she got into wasn't poisonous and we didn't have to do anything but hold food for 6 hours.) The piece of mind was priceless.and the dog is fine.
I paid £11 to Just Answer for an answer to question. Have had no response to the question nor have I had any response for subsequent request for refund. Feel I could of been scammed so be aware befor using this site.
Had a problem with my TV screen and I was resigned to the fact that I would have to replace as the TV was unwatchable. Nathan was able to diagnose the problem and fortunately for me it was fixable saving me approximately $300.

I need some help with an SUV I was working on. I was looking on the internet for some information to help solve the problem. I saw a listing for JustAnswer and thought I'd give it a try. Though it cost a little money it saved me a whole lot more as I didn't have to buy parts that weren't needed.
