Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Carefull out there with these guys. Make sure to tell them while asking the question that you do not wan't any membership. Unless you're hooked for $60 a month. I'm disputing the charges.
With winter weather rapidly approaching and my wife's car with no heat, we really needed to something fast, I got online with JustAnswer and talked to Dan the car guy and he pointed me in the right direction to get the issue solved. I just asked once to them (my boy got stung from a bee) bought benadryl for 15bucks but I didn't know that I already joined their membership and they charged me automatically for 42cad. September 29 was the first time I chat them and October 1 they charged me already for 42cad then I didn't cancel the membership because I didn't know yet then I checked my visa - they charged me again 42cad last November 1 - just wow! This is sad

They advertise 5$, a refund as well, then secretly charge you 39$ after the first question then tell you that you agreed the terms and service by doing so, biggest scam ever! AVOID

Out of the gate I got charged $40, not $4.95, for a 'vet' to spend 5 minutes asking generic canned questions, only to tell me "you should take your pet to an urgent care / emergency vet".

Update: JustAnswer refunded my 'membership fee' of £50 today, and offered this without me asking, via this platform. They did what they said that would do, and I hope you all get the same service. But they still need to attend to online transparency in their contracting.
How incredibly unethical - but no doubt legal, given what they do. And that's the highly unethical thing about JustAnswer. How could I have been so stupid!
They advertise using a highly deceptive, fake review (which is illegal according to sotejabber). The reviewer says it cost him £5 and was incredibly helpful. So, I paid £5 and got my response, which didn't put me in a different position legally, and told me what I already knew. I thought 'Oh well, it cost me a fiver so worth a punt, right?' WRONG! Just noticed a £50 MEMBERSHIP CHARGE! Who has a membership for legal advice? Me, apparently. I'll be disputing this payment with my credit card company tomorrow, and ask them to block the company from taking further payments. They misrepresent what they're offering, and used a fake review, and this is FRAUD. I'll call the UK number, but won't be holding my breath…

Obviously the small print needed to be BIGGER! I never even saw it - if they had been transparent I would not have agreed. My parking fine cost me £55 more due to these scammers.

Needed to have someone actually see a photo of my painting,
One possibly two of my cats ate a prozac 20 mg capsule - I called and got information and decided to take them to the Emergency Vet near my house - they got one of them to vomit and found the capsule - no there treatment needed and everyone is fine- no need to do anything to the 2nd cat.
They are there to take your money! They got ne in a membership I never signed up to and started charging my credit card every month. I'm disputing the transactions. Stay away from this company!

Don not waste your time or money. I had two different technicians help me with a dvr reset and the help I received was in the level of a six year old. I would never recommend using them.

They say over and over it's just $5 for an answer but charge you $30 every two weeks. When I called to cancel and get a refund they refuse because I "signed up for the membership". Don't use.

I agreed to pay $1 for help in solving my issue with TV. Later I learned I will be charged $46 a MONTH for a membership. I called customer support to speak to someone about the charge and asked where on their website it says anything about a membership. She could not tell me where on their website it said anything about a membership. I told her I wanted to cancel the membership, which she did. But I would still have to pay $46. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very misleading.
