Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Be aware! Wanted 1 question answered and just found out that signed me up for a $66 dollar membership. They will not refund you when you discover what they are doing. Don't use this site.
I asked one question 4 months ago. Checked my bank statement and found they have been charging me a monthly fee. Beware this company which is inertia selling its monthly charge.

I asked a question for $0.99, then a bot (chatbot machine) started a cycle of nonsense responses and questions that were repeated again and again, those cycles made you click on links and generated new unauthorized charges. In 5 minutes, they made a charge of 64 dollars, without even asking! I did not get the answer to my question. They send you emails, if you click on reply, they will charge you... I contacted my bank immediately to start a dispute and to cancel my credit card. Afterward, I received daily emails with a simple answer that you can find on google, It did not seem to come from an expert. THE ONLY THING I WANT now IS DO NOT CHARGE THE 64 dollar, I assume that the 0.99 dollar was because I was stupid to trust this webpage that many innocent people trust the first time. Why do they need to generate an extra charge that was unauthorized... if this is not a SCAM, then what scam is it?

Do not give your credit card number to these people, if you did call your bank immediately, otherwise, they would start to charge unauthorized fees...

I am writing this review to raise awareness and warn fellow consumers about an online scam website that I unfortunately encountered. It is crucial to share my experience to prevent others from falling victim to this fraudulent platform.
I came across the website JustAnswer (diverted by google search) while searching for Kohler's part number. At first glance, it appeared to be a legitimate and trustworthy site, but as I proceeded with my transaction, it became evident that it was an elaborate scam. Here are the key issues I encountered: ---False Advertising: The website used misleading and exaggerated claims to lure customers into making purchases: only $1 membership refundable but start charging $30 per month, they don't provide customer service on their website, never received any an email confirmation or any detail about membership. Despite reaching out (sales team,# to join the membership) to request a refund or resolution, I received no assistance or cooperation from the them instead arguing.
Any legit company will refund the charges as i newer used their service.
Remember, it is crucial to report any fraudulent activities or scams

I am amazed at a technician's availability. I have repeatedly asked questions, days after the first problem arose, and someone answers them--all for my one fee. I will continue to use this resource.
Asked doctor question basically told me that's what happens when we get old. I'm in my freaking 30's! Waste of money and time. Disputing it with my bank. Scam company. 0/10 do not recommend!

Yet another disgusting money grubbing corporation who manipulates users by giving a short 'trial' and then slips into the tiny terms that you've signed up for a ridiculously over-priced £35pcm - They are so vacuous they don't even know the exchange rate between pounds and dollars - so they charge the same to everyone and just flip the currency symbol. They also can't be bothered to know where their customers are coming from as they told me I was being charged $35pcm when I contacted them for a refund after I'd realised I'd been enrolled in this pointless trivial response should-be-illegal 'company'.
I mean the worst part of all of this is they don't even provide decent people to answers your questions, I mean it's pretty bad when a site called 'justanswer' can't even do what's in the name very well!
They are also falsely advertising their reviews on their website as all 5 stars. This makes me question if any of their positive reviews are legitimate or if they've paid for them. I've attached images to show this lie.
I guess that's why they have to trick people into subscriptions!

Just stay clear if at all possible. If you are beyond desperate, cancel membership immediately after question is answered - make sure if there is no answer after 2.5 days to just cancel anyway as otherwise they'll get you on the full charge. Be sure to check your account a month after the first charge to make sure they didn't charge you anyway as well!

I am very upset with this service and it is total rip off. Do not ever give them your card since they continue charging you even after you requested cancellation.

I received a quick and accurate assessment of my "Complicated" problem.
Which turned out to be an easy obvious fix. Dah My bad. Over thinking for the worse.
Their efforts were certainly not diminished by my finding an answer to my own question before they did. Sometimes I just get lucky when researching "government stuff!"
They trick you with a "fully refundable $2 fee" & then charge you more fees! And don't even answer your questions! Disgusting liars. Never ever use them!

Pete was so patient and persistent: it took us one afternoon and some time the next morning, but my Thunderbird app, which seemed dead, awoke and is working perfectly because of Pete's help.
Paid my $61.00 ($1.00 membership fee and first month. After posting my question, waiting an hour, we were told to contact a local attorney. Some assistance!
As usual my cat's emergency never happens during standard vet operating hours. I am happy to have saved hundreds of dollars and also put my mind at ease.
