Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Just Answer ignored my requests for cancellation and a refund, despite advertising that its trial offer was fully refundable. The service did not help me with my question. Useless and deceptive.

The 7-day subscription trial requires a deposit to be placed to use the service, then the membership billing begins after the end of the trial in order to prevent an interruption in service. It sounds like you might not have cancelled the service during the trial period.

Excellent advice, got the job done with no hassles.
Confirmed what I suspected, I just needed reassurance. Because as anyone knows, when you're messing around with a BMW, they're really particular.
I really like the service provided, seems fairly priced so far. The answers are received in a timely manner and 50$ a month is good value for whom can afford it.
They answer my questions really fast and was very professional. Even if you feel like you don't need the extra information, it's great to have someone who can help you out.
Watch out for them. I used their service once in Aug 2019 and didn't realize they were charging me $46/ mo for 26 mos. They did refund 8 months but only one charge was, in fact, valid

While searching for possible causes for one side of my 10 month old $#*! American Staffiees face to have awoken up I stumbled across JustAnswers online Veterinary services, considering it was around midnight & I was a little worried about possible breathing disabilities I thought it was well worth looking into.
I was replied to almost instantly by a very professional veterinary who asked for the symptoms & details of the canine & following my answers a photo was requested.
After more conversing & a couple more photos were sent a probable diagnosis was made & which anti inflammatorys & what dosage should relive the suspected complication.
After monitoring & administration of suggested remedy's the canine made a fast recovery & soon sprang back into her mischievous ways
The recovery follow up by the veterinarian was also a very thorough & professional touch
I can't recommend using JustAnswer enough
Quick and simple resolution once the remote was set up which took time- my fault probably, a bit pricey on this occasion but a man has to earn a living
Avoid at all costs. Scammers.
Debit your account for what should be a holding charge if you continue membership whilst advertising free refundable £1 service for a initial question.

Please don't use this site! There is an automatic membership fee that is recurring. I cancelled my membership on their website one week after I joined. However, I continue to be billed a monthly fee for membership. The customer service center is apparently located in another country and the information provided is inaccurate. These are shady practice for any company, but especially when it isn't possible to reach anyone who has authority to make decisions or answer questions regarding billing and membership. The customer service representatives simply read from a script, repeat themselves, and refuse to transfer the call to anyone who can make such decisions. YOU WILL BE CHARGED EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP!

The business came through for me like no other. My question was answered very expeditiously and had no idea what a quick answer would do to help with my dilemma.
They were fast and very detailed on explaining everything would recommend it to anyone who does things on there own or can't afford the crazy prices at the repair shop
Called and spoke to the veterinarian about my options and he gave me excellent advice. After finding the bone, I am sure we saved our dog from a serious surgery.
No fuss, fast answers, when you need them rather than 'for next time'.
Some of my questions have been rather complicated, and the experts usually have a good usable answer.
I had parking light issues, thought I had "dud" globes
Bought new ones, inserted them
Not working, no power at connection
No fuse listed in Benz paperwork, other than Electronic?
Used this service, got an answer referring to SAM unit
Also little trick of closing car kicking it and then later unlocking it, to reset power to the lights
In the meantime I had done this by moving car and locking it, and suddenly noticed the light warning was gone from the instrument cluster...

A year ago Moose helped me out with a rear antioock sensor on the same E350. Diag was spot on. Fuel pump/system will be over my head but the mechanic who does the heavy work on the 350 agreed with the diagnosis
Useless, waste off time and money! Totally false advertising and false promise! I cant believe all those positive feedback, I bet they are all paid reviews! I started my trial membership 5 days ago. I submitted my questions regarding a relatively simple property rental/purchase issue. I still didn't get any answer. I submitted same enquiry 3 times and none of them answered, first one picked by a lawyer and he said its not his speciality and he will refer me someone else but nothing happened and no answer to my following messages. Second time the notification showed a lawyer handling the case, but then the enquiry is closed without any answer. Third one, not picked up and not answered at all! I send 2 emails to support, both answered with almost same content and they said "oh sorry, we are marking your enquiry as priority and should be answered shortly" but still nothing after 2 days. They don't deliver what they promised as a business and worse waste time of people with in need of help. I don even know if what they are doing, "false promising and advertising" is legal at all, clearly a proper law service can answer this not JustAnswer.

Approach with extreme caution. I asked Microsoft a question and they switched me to JA stating I would have a $1 refundable service fee. I started texting with a JA guy who didn't bother reading the transferred question, but eventually got around to absorbing my issue and providing a suggested answer. It worked until the next time I rebooted my computer, but at least the tech tried.
The next day I noticed about 15 emails in my spam folder from JA and found out that I was on a recurring $46/month service plan. I went to their website and cancelled and they had one of their dupes ask me why I was cancelling. Cancelling!?! I never signed up in the first place.
I called their 800 number (*******589 for those that need it) to find out what the h$ll kinda scam they were running and got a 5 minute lecture about reading terms of service. Yep, guilty. I was in the middle of a computer crisis and I got transferred from Microsoft to this fraud site with promises of a refundable $1 service charge and I took MS at their word. After much complaining and accusation on my part and reciprocal lecturing on the JA reps part, they issued a refund of the $46 monthly fee.
I will be reporting my experience back to MS and if I ever come across JA as an option for getting help on any problem, believe me, the credit card stays in the wallet.
