Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
A total waste of money. The "expert"asked for the model number of my stove so that he could give me accurate information. I never heard from him again.

I've chased around looking for an answer to a complicated Corporate / IRS question. A ROYAL PAIN IN THE COLON with time, money, and lousy attitudes! These people are Golden. Instead of racking-up DAYS of expensive research for a tab that will make your teeth fall out, these experts will tell you the answer in minutes, IN PLAIN ENGLISH, for $5! If you have more questions, have a conversation with them by phone for $52. It costs me more to talk to my girlfriend, and without the hassle. BEST DEAL GOING

I've sold several items for prices above what I would have marked them without the appraisal from the expert. She not only tells me the value, but other information that helps sell the item.
Total scam. They claim you will be charged $5 but instead charge $45. Calling does not help. They "cannot find" an account with the information you provide.

I unsubscribed to my emailed cancelled my membership after the trial I got for my only question I got and they still charged me the 45 dollars to my account they are scammers and I do not recommend you guys trying or getting any memberships! Customer survice sucks they said it was a supervisor I was talking to but it was the same person so frustrated they took money out of my account that I needed for bills so didsapointent

Similar to 1000s of reviews below, I had the similar experience on their website. I have a question for a vet and their website claims on HUGE BIG fonts on their website that you can ask a question for $5 but hide any information about joining a $35 MONTHLY membership from plain sight. Thankfully I saw my CC notification and I saw 2 charges, 1 for $5 which was expected but another for $35 which was a shocker.
I talked to their CS right away which was another horrible experience. Their AI assistant is dumb and their human customer support agents are worthless as they just copy paste same set of statements for every question without any "human" part to it. They straight-away refused to refund me my monthly membership even after agreeing to the fact that this was a confusion on their end.

I have tried a number of times to get help about a 20V Dewalt Leaf Blower problem. Twice it tried to redirect me to a small gas engine specialist. I could not work around the AI algorithm. I kept getting the exact same respone.
The next time instead of "Dewalt Leaf Blower" I typed "20V Dewalt Leaf Blower". It could not grasp the fact that it was not a computer problem.
This site is a complete waste of time. It's only purpose is to get $2.00 out of you.

Problems with the airbag wiring system on my Tacoma led me to a technician through this site. The man kept telling me to get a computer code off the truck's system myself by interconnecting two ports with a short wire, when it was showing no fault codes when checked by an actual mechanic with a tool for that job. I was after info regarding the wiring ground location. At any rate, I finally gave up without an answer. Since the card I used to buy what I thought was a one-time trial was subsequently parked in favor of another one, I missed the recurring billing they hit me with for five months! Checking their website to see if I could find the part about how I'd signed up for a membership revealed no clear connection. A call to the service number on the billing statement netted me immediate cancellation of the unused service and a refund of one of the five $30 payments they'd hit me for before I noticed. They no doubt know that I never used their service after the initial contact, because of course they pay the experts I would have contacted while "looking for answers". I'd put them in the category of borderline scammers for that reason, and for the murkiness of their "membership" hook. I did visit the FTC's website to lodge my complaint regarding their practice, and would advise anyone with a similar experience to do the same. There are plenty of operators online working this same "membership" scheme to net "money for nothing", and if enough people complain, the government will do what the government does, and they'll be regulated into providing actual service for their billing.

When you called for cancellation and a refund, if you had asked for the older membership payments to be refunded, then the customer service agent would have sent you a Refund Request form to fill out. We will contact you privately to make arrangements for a further refund.
This is JUST a SCAM - they will show $2 to register, and silently Deduct $66, plus doctor fee is HUGE, Beware Guys Don't put any card detail with them! Else they will keep charge your card every month
