“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

As many others have already experienced based on many reviews I have read, I also fell prey to this "membership driven" online service. At a time last weekend when my freezer was leaking water due to all food defrosting quickly, and the refrigerator side was also quickly warming, I frantically looked online for technical assistance to see if there was something I could do before trying to get a service tech scheduled for a repair. JustAnswer appeared reputable and with the "only $5" to ask a first question, I was taken in. The tech took me through one "troubleshooting" suggestion, and when that process was completed, his final line was, see how that goes for 24 hours. At that point, I knew I didn't have the right answer, provided the requested feedback on my experience, and forgot about it. To my surprise, my bank account was immediately charged $40! To my knowledge, I did not agree to a membership. However, after several emails form a variety of customer service reps, I did indeed apparently agree to it, unaware, and although they have cheerfully cancelled my membership, they are clearly keeping my $40. For a cancelled membership. All claim, they are simply "unable" to credit me a refund. However, after reading many reviews from those who have had the very same experience, the company does in fact refund that membership fee. So I'm left wondering why I will not receive a refund? And as others have stated, I will need to now go to the trouble of trying to handle it through my credit card company. What a hassle they have caused.

Basically I got scammed! Customer Service told me it would only cost $5 for my question. Turns out it's a $5 membership fee and $30 for a month! Tried to work it out with customer service to have them close out chat! Supervisor entered chat and refused to do a charge back on the overcharge! And once again closed chat! I couldn't get back onto chat to peruse further. Unprofessional, dishonest, zero integrity and a big fat FAIL in all departments. This company has made the conscience decision to operate in a purposeful dishonest manner. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!

Tip for consumers:
Unscrupulous business operations. Customer service will mislead you. They will tell you it’s only $5 to have your question answered. That is incorrect. It’s $5 to allow you the privilege for you to set up a membership and an additional $30 monthly for their monthly subscription fee!
The only way you can reach anyone is through the customer service chat, where you will be cut off and chat closed. No refunds.

Initial call for an answer about the health of a guinie pig went through at 10:11 est. Time. It is now 12:36am and have not received feedback. Have called multiple times to get a timeline or an idea of when a possible call back will take place. They can not provide that! I have an animal very sick and have to work in the morning. At this point not sure if I will receive a call tonight. No transparency and I have yet received results/call. Do not waste your time or money. This advise wouldn't be worth the trouble even in the event to be a free service. Terrible! I'm very surprised of all the good reviews. Will follow up when and if a call comes through. It is now 12:42am. Waiting……
1:24a.m. Going to bed…. It took them a second to charge my card because I checked…. I haven't even received service. Now that I see all the nasty reviews, I wish I had never called. Just trying to take care of a pet with urgency. This is Truly a huge disappointment.

I contacted Just Answer to get help diagnosing a no crank no start problem with my 1999 Mercedes ML320. Lou guided me through electrical system to find that I have an AAM (All Activity Module), that has gone bad.

On their page they state that it is a R15 fee. They took R599 from my bank account. This is a scam. If I try to contact them the site gives an error. How will I get my money back? Help me?

Was looking for quick medical advice and saw this company was advertising for 2$ for one answer, little did I know when I gave them banking information they would automatically charge me 75$ for a month membership and the customer service we're ZERO help when I reached out to them too, please do not use this company who are taking advantage of people looking for medical answers, would give it 0 stars if I could

This site is awesome for quick lawyer info where you can trust the answers. It's a little tricky reading the page but it's worth it in the log run. I've used it several times and always brag.

I called to cancel my membership an hour after getting it. JB helped me and was very understanding and reversed my $46 no questions asked. Usually they fight you and he didn't.

The message sent to me was a $5 charge for a question. Instead charged me $35 and when asked why they stated reoccurring membership charge. Would not credit money back! Deceptive BEWARE!

Signed up for a £5 one time fee. Somehow they seen fit to take a further £28 from my account.
Needless to say I am still pursuing this issue.
