“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Paid $62 membership fee for to technician to give me a link to unlock my email account & then gave me phone number for technical support. I could have done that myself for free. Did not help at all.

Hi all.
I have a negative experience with this website.
I tried to become an expert but because of technical issue on their website i was not able to upload the CV. Also after everything i submitted the request to become an expert however the website said my request was not submitted and that i should write to their expert team. So i did. In their response they didn't apologize nor addressed any of my issues just wrote they will not be moving my request any further.
I have graduated with highest honors in Psychology and have several years of experience in HR and never came accross such unprofessionality.

JustAnswer offered me in May 2020 a $5 trial and got my credit card number. I realized I had been tricked when they e-mailed me to congratulate me for becoming a member. I e-mailed them that I did not want to become a member, and received a very sweet e-mail saying that they understood and that my membership would be cancelled (probably to give them time to collect at least a first monthly payment!). Now in June, they are charging me a $60 monthly "membership fee" on my credit card.
I cancelled my credit card and asked my credit card company to get reimbursed and blacklist them. I filed a complaint with BBB and will inform the RCMP, the CRTC and also Amazon.ca who advised me to contact JustAnswer. The more you tell the truth about JustAnswer, the better the Internet will be.

I went online to find info about my car and came upon this website. Posted my question then they asked for $5 to answer it with a five or seven day trial period. I paid the $5. My answer wasn't immediate but it was within 10 minutes. A couple of days later I'm looking at my online banking and I see that JustAnswer charged me $5 and $34 dollars on the same day the 15th of september. I canceled on monday the 19th, then called for a refund. The first lady I spoke with said there is a 5 day trial period and transferred me to another lady who said there is not a trial period for questions about cars and refused to issue me a refund. This is a bate and switch scam because the web site clearly stated that there was a trial period.

I requested an answer a few months back. Excellent response from the professional. However, Customer service is some outsourced garbage. I noticed reoccurring charges to my bank account from just answer. Using their online chat I wanted to end the charges. This was the professional customer service behavior:

They mislead you and pull you in. I only saw the $1 refundable fee, I understand I should have been looking but geez... They charged me $46 NON REFUNDABLE by a simple mistake! I don't have $46 to spend on one question? JUST BEWARE! They will steal your money!

I NEEDED HELP WITH MS WORD. IT HAD BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE USED WORD. JUST ANSWER CONNECTED ME WITH A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE YOUNG MAN THAT WAS ABLE TO FIX MY PROBLEM IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE $46.00 I PAID FOR HIS HELP.

I have a Bosch refrigerator with an ice maker that stopped working. Reached out to Just Answers to see if I could get help on the repair. Chatted with a rep who asked several questions about what the issue was and what I tried to do to repair. They claimed they could help and sent me to an online form that would provide a trial membership for $5. They immediately charged $5 plus $40 monthly membership fee. I called to complain, and they said there was no trial membership and they could not refund but would cancel future charges. OK

Several hours I got this response from their expert on how to resolve my issue.

Hello my name is Brandon and thank you for choosing JustAnswer. The ice maker being stuck in the up position is a clear indication of a bad ice maker. You need 3 things to make ice, water which you have, cold air, which you have and a functioning ice maker……That ice maker is definitely bad. Being that it's brand new. I would contact Bosch factory service so they can come out and replace the ice maker. Very good news that ice maker is under warranty. That thing is super expensive

The most worthless service recommendation ever, don't waste your time with this company.

The shop which sold it to me gave me your e mail address, I punched it into my computer and Pete replied in less than 5 minutes with clear instructions on what to do. I followed his instructions and the whole job was done in just a few minutes while I could have spent days and dollars trying to achieve the same result without your website so WELL DONE Pete and thank you so much!

I guess your experience depends on what expert answers your question. I have asked MANY questions on justanswer (mainly pet questions) and I have received excellent service within minutes of asking my question. I can even ask follow up questions, so if I'm not satisfied with the service I can ask until I am satisfied. These people are REAL and their qualifications are also real. In order to become a professional expert on the site you HAVE TO PROVE YOUR CREDENTIALS. Anyways, I recommend it highly. Sorry the rest of you had bad experiences.

I wasn't able to sleep due to post nasal drip. Had gone to two doctors and tried everything I could on the internet. I was getting panicked that I would ever sleep again. Doctor redommended Loratadine and Flonase. Slept thru the night. Thank You.
