“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Supposed lawyer just repeated my question after I waited 36 hours for a reply. Then asked me to do a phone call for an extra $59. No answer just give us more money for nothing.

These people in question did not pay anything,(nothing), Which said they could no. Find anything to move into, for 10 months. Now they will be served orders to move in five days. Thanks again, Gary.

BEWARE! VET EMERGENCY ADVICE- If you need an answer fast YOU will NOT get one! I had an emergency situation couldn't get a hold of my vet. Reached out for a 10 mins answer. A day later still NOTHING. My pet died while waiting. IF I could give 0 stars I would. And I'm still being charged for no answer. Found the answer on Google which would have saved my pets life after the fact. Extremely SAD situation.

I would never use them again they kept hold
Of my card details waited till I went on holiday and stole £50 from my account my bank contacted me 3 days into my holiday and froze my card now I can't do anything till I return

What a rip off this site is... stay away from them at all cost. They don't explain anything about the automatic membership charges they just start charging your credit card $46.00 a month. That's one problem. The first problem is the $26.00 they charge to ask a question. My problem was with a LG TV... when the expert got on the line and I explained the problem, he said I never heard of that and had no answer. The conversation was about 30 seconds. I said to the rep... and that is what I was charged $26.00 for, what a rip off. Mind you, that they state that they WILL HELP you with the problem. Then I get my credit card statement and see another $46.00 membership charge that is automatically billed every month... sorry I didn't read the fine print somewhere that said I had to cancel the membership in 7 days. They said they sent me an e-mail reminder but that never happened. After a very heated conversation with a customer service rep. They agreed to cancel the membership and refund the $46.00 they charged me. I'm still on the hook for the $26.00 to ask a question. I stopped payment from my credit card company also. We will see if I get my credit. AGAIN I WILL SAY... STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST AT ALL COST.

This service provided us legal advice that set us on the right course. If you can summarize your question concisely, you will get an answer that will help you take the next step. In our case, we are considering litigation, but had a question about which venue and which type of lawyer would be appropriate. We got our answer and some advice about how to approach our situation. This saved us a lot of time. Don't expect this service to provide a full evaluation of your case for $29 or $59, but--to help you with one question or to guide you to the proper help--it's well worth the money. We've also used the service to ask one question re contract law and, in that case as well, it was very helpful. Basically, you can expect excellent help for one question; don't expect full legal representation. But that one question is often very important and can save you hundreds of dollars and many hours in searching around with different law firms, waiting to get a call back, etc. So be concise, sum up your question and you will be very happy!

It would have cost hundreds of dollars to have someone come to our house for an appraisal, but this was less than 100.00 for 4-5 pieces and never left the house

I would like an immediate refund. I was informed that I could have my legal question, the ONE question I wanted to ask, answered for R15 as soon as I fill out the payment form.

I NEVER wanted to join your site! The moment I filled out the form you deducted R15 PLUS R781 from my account! I IMMEDIATELY canceled my "membership" with you, without ever asking my legal question.

What you took is my food money for the rest of this month! I NEVER agreed to paying R781. I was told that it was going to be R15 and that all I had to do was fill out the banking form!

Just Answer deceived me! I want a refund immediately! How do you live with yourself taking money from people in this way?

They advertise $5 for a question of course they get your credit card and suddenly there is a $59 charge and a membership. I never saw anything on a membership or I would have skipped it from the start. The person that responded couldn't answer anything regarding Texas law. He just gave a vague federal consumer law. In the meantime I found what I needed from Texas law and was able to renegotiate my car purchase. I don't believe they can do more than give vague answers because they have to be licensed in the state. Which means it is a con. He would have known because I had not given the dealership my down payment even though the paperwork had been signed, the contract was not complete and I could unwind the sale. Which is what I said I would do if they didn't adjust the trade in to what I had said I wanted to start with.
I couldn't get my $59 back from them either. They will go to any length to scam your money. I disputed the transaction and they apparently fought it and got the original $5 plus the $54 for the worthless crap answer I got. Lesson learned.
Lol they send me a generic answer written a few years ago. I didn't go to their site I clicked on an add. I can certainly read.

Tip for consumers:
It is virtually impossible for a lawyer to give anything more than vague answers because there is no way they take the bar for every state. There is better information on the internet in regards to your own state.

I was desperate my dog had an emergency but no appts available at all & pushed back & Er was too costly at the time found this site & the vet I was appointed was sooo great & resolved my issue & friendly with great communication & saved me a lot more money soo I highly recommend this site

This company is so manipulative in their memberships. Watch out for the sneaky page where you are "agreeing" to a membership you don't even know about. They charge you because you selected confirm and continue on a page you don't even know has their terms and conditions on and then you can't get your money back when you didn't even sign up in the first place. HORRIBLE EVIL COMPANY.

I had a problem with my RV refrigerator would not turn on or get cold, after i showed him some pics of what I was working on, he found the problem, one of the wires was not hooked up, he gave me the part numbers to order the parts I replaced the parts an it works great cools down in less then two hours on elec

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CREATE A MEMBERSHIP AND CHARGE YOU EVERY MONTH FOR ADVICE THAT YOU CAN GET ON YOUR OWN FOR FREE ONLINE.
