Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I CANT RAVE ENOUGH ABOUT THIS SITE. I HAVE HAD EXCHANGES WITH MANY MANY EXPERTS OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. I EVEN WORKED WITH AN ATTORNEY WHO HELPED ME WITH A COMPLEX LEGAL MATTER FOR OVER A YEAR AND HE SAVED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN LEGAL FEES. THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS MAKE NO SENSE TO ME!
After learning how this company chooses to do business, by using fine print charges without the possibility of refunds, I refuse to be a member. I would give it ZERO stars.

ALERT: AVOID BECOMING A MEMBER
After spending nearly 50$ on this service, the responses from the so called "professionals" were extremely generic, copied and pasted answers they clearly use between different users. After 2 hours of going back and forth with the "technicians" and their extremely slow response times, they had me fully reset my ssd drive, and when that didn't work, I was left with a "hardware issue" and I had to "organize" a repair with an in person technician and get my parts replaced under warranty. What the ACTUAL issue was, which I would find out after going to an actual independent third party technician, is that windows was corrupted by some driver I downloaded, and they were able to reinstall it, and that I never even needed to reset my ssd. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL NOT GET HELP. If that photo of Richard wasn't ai generated they can keep the 50$ I spent on this awful service.

Asked my question, paid what I think is $5 which would be $28 if I'm satisfied. I have sat here waiting for an answer for 15 minutes, NOTHING. I don't think I'm going to get one. And I wonder if I will be charged the full $28 for NOTHING! Thank goodness I used Pay Pal.

I considered JustAnswer a last resort when normal research does not yield a clue. Both times I have tried it it has been worthless or very disappointing. The first time was a question about a mini vans factory alarm system. The answer person gave me some info which included talking to a dealership about the parts. I called three dealerships and all of them told me the answer given was incorrect. I let that one go. The second time was a electronics question. I said to myself maybe 1st time was a fluke. I needed a schematic or pin out for a component. I waited, nothing except a request for a model number which I had already provided in the question. Twenty four hours later still nothing but the answer person had already taken the satisfaction money, I saw the $35 taken from my account. Both of these examples show to me a lack of professionalism that I guess I take for granted most of the time. From my experience if you want to know how many cups in a quart, ask you might get an answer. If it is a serious question avoid this site.

You will get an answer, and answer that you could've otherwise found on Google. In the fine print they let you know you were signing up for a very expensive subscription and refuse refunds.

The attorney I talked to was great and answered my question. The company itself is crap and sign you up automatically for their monthly service and then won't refund you for it. Buyer beware.

We were redirected to a guy that basically retyped what we typed in our original question ( all is in writing - so that can be verified); in short; we requested a refund & cancellation from their site & they rapidly responded & agreed to credit us & cancel future auto drafts.- Which is the professional thing to do.** ( i applaud them for that!.) If you decide to tap into their site & give them your C card Info; FIRST; make certain to *first *read thru the sites reviews & policies //As you should on any Co`S. Site! Be aware / look into their hidden charges ( if any?) & ( in this case) who there redirecting your questions to; What are there qualifications: How do they verify / qualify those individuals/ & stated qualifications? I signed up last night after my dog licked a toad and was paralyzed. I was looking for an emergency vet since I was new to the area. This was the first site I saw that had 24 hour care. I thought it was a location to take him. I was told it was $4 95 to sign up to talk to a vet. I signed up and realized it wasn't. SO I canceled, without talking to anyone. I was charged $34 95 anyway. I asked for my money back since I didn't use the service and they adamantly denied it. I feel co.pletely taken advantage of when I was desperate for help. Cheap people with cheap morals work for the customer service. I dealt with a person named Jeff. It was awful! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had a question I needed answered, so I searched online. I have been to websites that charge you $5 to speak with someone and then you can easily get it refunded once you are finished with your conversation. I found Just Answer online that offered you service for $2 that could "easily" be refunded. I proceeded to put my card information in to pay the $2 only to find they charged me $72 for a membership I didn't ask for that they also did NOT make clear to me whatsoever. When I brought this to their attention, they canceled my membership but refused to refund me my money. I expressed how unprofessional it was to not be open and clear with customers, and they copied and pasted the same "heartfelt message" to me about me being valued. They don't care about their customers at all. Just to take your money. It is an absolute scam that they would advertise "For only $2 you can get the answer to your question from top professionals around the world" or whatever nonsense they put to then on the next page secretly charge $72 non-refundable. So if you're unsure which website to use to get an answer for your question, this is NOT the one. I promise you can find a much better and more honest site to help you.

I quickly vetted and purchased the tele-vet service here and was quickly IM Chat with a CSR she took down my situation and dog history, then she tried to hand me off to the vet online, but then I sat there for over 25+ minutes on hold on text message waiting, tried to ask for help a few times, but kept getting no help, finally the vet did reply on text message and we texted back and forth about 15 times, sharing current symptoms, she came up with a treatment plan a bridge plan to try while we await a in-person vet appointment in 3 days.
