“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

On the website it's say to pay $5 dollars to speak with a professional and then when I put my card number in it charged and extra $46 for a membership I didn't even want that membership so I called the customer service and they was no help at all I'm was trying to get a-refund and plus I felt that the professional didn't help me neither I advise anyone not to pay anything for this website it's all a scam!

I was under the impression it would cost $2 to get an answer but they charged me $53 per month for a membership that I did not apply for. The answer wasn't even helpful.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this company. They give terrible answers that don’t work and they charge you a monthly fee without your knowledge.

Misleading customers. They have charged my account 3 times for a total $81 and did not answer a question for me. There was supposed to be a $5 charge and I understood no charge unless you used them.

STAY AWAY! The "membership" fees are deceptively misleading. Don't go near this site!
I sent an email to cancel after realizing the scam and they completely ignored it. Take my advice and stay away.

DON' USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED AND SET UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP!

They don't tell you anything when you're chatting to their AI assistant. They say you need to put in a visa to be charge $2. You will actually get charged an additional $66 immediately and they will not refund you! They say the $66 is for a membership? Oh also if you want to actually speak to someone over the phone it's an additional $70 which they also don't tell you! It's a money grab! LOOK ELSEWHERE! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

I was directed over to Just Answer when I was asking for help on my Amazon Prime Video account. Before they would answer the question I had to pay $1.00 which I thought was a one time charge. Apparently imbedded in that information is that you will be charged a $46 membership fee which I did not notice. I saw it in my debit statement today. When I called I was told it was in the fine print and they would not refund me the $46 fee even when I told them I signed up in error. All they could do was cancel my membership. So I paid $47 for one answer. I am not in the habit of using a service like this and would never have considered using it. If you're a business or other large entity the membership fee may be worth it. Not for individuals with very infrequent simple questions. So beware and read the fine print. I would never consider using this site again in the future just based on their refusal to refund the membership fee to someone who had made an honest error. Those honest errors I'm sure have made them a lot of money!

This situation appears to involve fraud. I paid $5, expecting a single-question interaction with the service. I received a vague legal reply from the paralegal I spoke with. I explicitly stated my disinterest in continuing a membership, and he assured me it would be canceled. Having had an unsatisfactory experience with JustAnswer, I never again attempted to use the service.

After my this one conversation (unlike more reputable subscription services) JustAnswer sent me no emails or texts confirming my membership, or alerting me to ongoing credit card charges. This raises concerns about their business practices. Whether or not these practices legally constitute fraud, they are clearly deceptive and unethical.

Three months later, I discovered the recurring $60 monthly charges on my credit card statement from JustAnswer. Upon contacting their customer support, the representative adhered to a scripted response, citing their terms and conditions that mandate automatic membership enrollment and refusing a refund. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was informed she was busy and would call me back, which has not occurred.

Today, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and submitting a case with my credit card company to dispute these charges.

This was the second time in 2 years with these jokers. First time I stared getting multiple bills. It took me weeks to get the dummies from stealing for a service they didn't provide. This time I have wasted an hour trying to get an answer. Sends me to the old $2 pay BS. It tells me I need to call and 800 # to? Another useless pile of crap gives about 10 irrelevant buttons. The only one it will say it will do is give me my cancellation #. WTF...these guys and their computer generate Bul sht...come plete SCAM. I have no idea what sneaky crap these weasels use to generate satisfied customres. If you don't believe me...go ahead...hope you have time to check your credit card for the next year or so. Sneakey lying parasites.

Shaky (Shake and Bake) is an incubator hand raised gosling that was attacked by an unknown assailant in her very large enclosure. She had a very large wound on her side chest and upper leg area, limping badly, not eating, barely drinking, on a holiday weekend with nearest vet (non bird) over 50 miles away.
JustAnswer to the rescue. Dr. B. Said among many other reassuring things that Shaky could have penicillin. Bingo, we had 500 mg amoxicillin caps that I opened, split the dose powder, crushed a baby aspirin, carefully put both into a 5 ml. Syringe and drew up 2 ml. Sterile water. Would Shaky take the medicine? My husband held her on his lap, while I flushed the wounds with betadine. We gave her some fresh parsley to smell and when she opened her mouth, I placed the syringe (minus the needle) in her mouth and slowly pressed the plunger, while my husband stroked her neck. We now do this every 12 hours. Shaky is back to free-ranging during the daytime with her four "siblings", but all are now walked into an enclosed barn stall at night.
She would have never made it without Dr. B's advice!

I have used just answer several times. They provided very good legal advice from qualified experts regarding landlord tenant disputes, filing dates, and small claims actions for Pima County, Arizona. The expert researched specifically Pima County, since different rules and procedures apply at different Counties throughout the country. The qualification comment is that I had received an "educated guess" person (not from an attorney) on the need to file certified mail return receipt verse US mail.
So make sure you are always dealing with a qualified expert. Not someone who is NOT qualified and will ONLY give you a "educational guess". Just Answer homepage indicates they do background checks on their experts, so make sure you get a qualified individual by asking up front their background and certification, license, degrees, training, etc. etc. Etc.
BUT... overall my experience has been very good when it came to excellent answers, qualified people, promptness in reply, and also immediate customer service and membership response if there were any problems. For that reason the 5 stars review... Combination of qualified experts, accurate responses, fast timely responses, excellent customer service with any problems and excellent membership support.

I contacted justanswer because I lost all my maps on my GPS which I needed that weekend and they were able to install and update my GPS. It was was done professionally and I was totally satisfied with the service. I used my GPS after everything was installed and all worked well.
