No help from Facebook or the Internet in general to get my Facebook acct working again after a version update. It was broken!
JustAnswer got me totally fixed in under 30 minutes.

Was having issue with GPS unit that I could find no information to fix. Greg A. From Just Answer helped me resolve it in a very short amount of time for very low cost. I couldn't have been happier.

A little difficult with their web design writing the review on my laptop seems like the website is built for smartphones only. Might be my system, very slow, lagged when typing.

Needed a second opinion from an expert in the field of pyscology because searching the internet gave me 100 different answers that just a few were close to my inquiry.

At first you are taken in by the $1 charge for using the service, then you get charged $50. Can't cancel. I am canceling my credit card because of this.

Went in to my existing account, they automatically signed me up for membership with a rin curing monthly charge... thankfully I noticed it before the expert advice session was through. Charged me the initial $5 charge TWICE, followed by the $19 for my question. My question on electrical was too in depth to do via chat so I asked if they could call me. At no time did they mention this to be an extra charge of $24 so now the "real" charge is $48, after I get my extra $5 back, which is more than I could have hired an Ian to swing by and spend the 5 minutes to fix.

We go here for "expert" advice because we ar NOT experts so there are times on certain projects that we really need be talked through, to make sure it is done correctly. Who wants an electrical fire?

Now I'm arguing with them about the extra $5 they say they didn't charge me. It's been posted to our account so I sent them a screen shot of our statement so they can explore their incompetance!

I received good advice and we got the wired reconnected correctly so everything works. My problem is with the site and how you navigate through it for help. It is not intuitive unless you've used the site a few times. This was my second time in almost a full year... and my last!

Had a question about my outboard motor that I never got an adequate response on and subsequently requested a refund. 3 months later I discover the bastards were debiting my checking account for $37 a month. Don't EVEN use them, TOTAL RIPOFF!

I had questions about some china that I had inherited. I was able to get a quick and cohesive answer.

I'm thoroughly disappointed with the misrepresentation of this. Business. Not only was my credit card debited with £5.00 - despite being informed on live chat confirming my credit card WOULD NOT be. Multiple emails requesting an explanation are repeatedly ignored. No response from this business. Worse than that - I received absolutely no benefit whatsoever post-fraudulent payment! The ‘so-called' technician on the live-chat sent me the link to pay the £5.00 - the minute he flicked the switch - he ditched me and went completely offline... despite multiple attempts I was unable at all to make contact subsequently on the live-chat line. Leaving mr with no further technical support whatsoever. To add insult to injury - I was subjected to fake texts to my mobile phone with links embedded that did not connect to ‘so-called' assistance enabling the set/up of my printer.
I have every intention of uploading this disparaging feedback to every social media and business forum available to me to safeguard others from being duped by such blatant sheer scam-mongering. I shall also be seeking recourse to financial services on the back of false assurances confirming my credit card would not be deducted. Be warned and stay away from this exploitative ‘Robin Hood' tactics business.

I found Just Answer because I was looking for support with a landlord tenant issue. The initial page showed that I could pay $5 to ask my question to a lawyer and then took me to a page to enter my payment information. To clarify, i am under the impression that ill be charge $5 for this question. The first person i talked to was unhelpful and basically gave me generic information i had already found on google. He kept stating that he wasn't "my lawyer". I let customer support know and they connected me with someone else "free of charge" because of my lack of satisfaction. This person was slightly more helpful. Regardless, my credit card company notified me of a $60 charge. It was from just answer. When i reached out they kept regurgitation "terms and conditions" this and $2 plus $60 for a membership is what i agreed to. No one seemed to care that I was completely dissatisfied with the service and felt scammed by the way the billing was set up. Its ironic that I can to the site looking for support because my landlord is violating my lease and end up feeling scammed out of $60 and no more information that what i had when i clicked. I recommend that you read and clarify every single thing on this website and do mot enter any payment information until you speak with an actual person about what the fees are. I'm not convinced I talked with anyone who actually read my complaint because every reply from them had the same response. The $60 membership fee showed up in the email they sent afterward but was not shown online. It's the $5 for this question scam.

After this review, someone at Just Answer did finally provide me with a refund. It's a bummer that I had to post a review online to get any support but thank you to whoever was finally helpful

JustAnswer was a Godsend yesterday. Doc Paul was so helpful, patient and kind. All was resolved and can't say enough about how I could breathe easier after our chat.

I asked one question, never got helped. Charged me 1.00 and charged me another 46.00. I wanted a refund only to be told sorry you cant your money back...

The Word Program on my Apple I Mac would not respond. It took some time, mostly because of my lac of computer skills, until the problem was solved. Bob

Do NOT trust them. They put 6 (!) unauthorized charges on my credit card. I never used them at all. I tried to contact them by phone and chat and got NO RESPONSE. Now because there are so many unauthorized charges on my card i HAVE TO CANCEL IT AND GET A NEW ONE. THANKS FOR RIPPING ME OFF.

They automatically enroll you in membership so be very careful it's $27 per month remember its $6 for netflix.
They will tell you about the fine print if you ask for a refund.
