“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

You will be charged immediately and they do not issue refunds. It does not matter if you asked only one question. You're paying the whole months fee when they charge the "trial fee"

We recently lost power to over a dozen electrical outlets in my house. I have a basic knowledge of household electricity, but all of the regular "check the breakers and GFCI" type advice didn't work, neither did checking the voltage at my breakers. I NEEDED EXPERTISE, not conjecture!

So, my first experience with Just Answer landed me with an "expert" named Jason, who guided me (online, of course) as I went through the process of elimination needed to find and correct the problem. With his asistance we determined the cause of the problem, made the correction and saved a costly electrician visit.

I WILL use this service again for future needs.

My Shih Tzu appeared to have hiccups and then would start yelping in pain. Come to find out that he had gastritis (indigestion). Having never experienced this with any of my dogs before, I reached out to the vet at 2 am PST. He asked me various questions... luckily my pup was still eating, drinking, peeing and pooping normally so that is how we narrowed it down to gastritis (indigestion). The vet instructed me to give our pup a bland diet of white rice and bland chicken and give him human Zantac every 8 hours for 4 days (mg's are based on your dogs weight). It worked! My pup felt better and was back to normal within 4 days. Interestingly I had a normally scheduled vet appointment that following Saturday and the vet even told me that they would have recommended the same treatment; however, the appointment cost would have been significant because they would have performed a multitude of tests. I'm so happy that I found this online service because it saved me so much money and my boy is back to being a healthy, happy pup!

I have been a member for over 20 years and I can not even begin to explain how much money JustAnswer has saved me. There is no way to measure the value of their assistance. Helped me with sick puppies when I could not afford to take them to the vet. Helped me win 2 lawsuits on my own with no lawyer. I can take pictures of a rash on a child and receive GOOD perfect advice from a doctor in India. I also used the therapist two times and that also made a huge help. 20 years is a LLLOOONNNGGG time and a lot of fantastic people answering my questions. P.S. AND I ALWAYS LEAVE DECENT BONUSES ESPECIALLY FOR SOME OF MY REALLY LONG QUESTIONS. Most of these people go way out of their way and spend lots of time trying to calm you down and find your answers.

Terrible experience. Two months ago, I urgently paid justanswer $1 to talk to a lawyer on the phone about an incident at work, I didn't end up speaking to anyone, rather writing out my case and later getting an email response... I have a strong feeling that at the time I understood it to be a one time payment, not a purchase of a membership (lawyers and their fine print! Haha!) I guess maybe I just agreed and forgot to cancel this, as there was a lot going on at the time and I really wanted to get help… so when I called customer service today, to have my "membership" canceled, a robot did all the work in 1 minute. Which was great, but I requested still to be connected to a human customer service representative, the robot said it would connect me and asked if I would like to take a survey after and I agreed to do that, then I waited to be connected to the next available representative —in total silence— not even elevator music! It was so weird! Like they want you to get confused and bored and frustrated and hang up, but the call was still going, so was I, and finally, after 12 minutes and 34 seconds, the robot came back. It asked me 4 questions about "how well" the "agent" who had "assisted" me: listened, understood, communicated, and helped………. I don't know if anyone will ever see this…. I'm not entirely sure any humans work at this company, just AI. Please be careful and best wishes

SCAM! Do not give them money. They claimed they will charge me 1€ (fully refundable). When I put in my card information I was immediately charged 55€ (non refundable) for a monthly subscription I didn't agree to nor informed about, the chatbox completely froze and I am still waiting to hear from the "lawyer" that by now I 'm pretty sure does not really exist. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I was having trouble accessing my email; in fact, it was impossible. Since I didn't know what to do, I check online and found "Just Answer" My question to them was, I'm unable to access my email, can you help me?

Before I could get an answer to my question, I was offered *******@200.00 yearly fee for protection of my computer. I kept insisting that my problem was accessing my email account, and that I did not need anything else, and finally, I hung up on him.

In the meantime, I paid the required $5.00 "fully refundable" deposit. When I checked my credit card statement, I was charged $42.00 on top of the $5.00 "fully refundable" deposit. When I discovered this, I wrote those scammers a statement they should never forget, and I cancelled my credit card. Who knows what else they might be up to?

So, today, I have a new credit card, I've made an "unauthorized charge" complaint with my bank, and now, I'm writing this stellar review. I decided to eat the $5.00 "fully refundable" deposit, but I have no idea what the $42.00 charge was for. I figured that the rep I talked to earned $5.00 for the time he spent arguing with me. I hung up on him before he could refer me to the "expert:", whom I figured would give me the same runaround.

So, I hope they feel satisfied with my ex- $5.00. I'll never do this again. Good luck to you raters who gave this outfit 5 stars!

An initial $5 deposit is required at the time the question is posted and the balance of the question price is collected once an Expert responds to the question. This information regarding the deposit is displayed on the page where the customer is prompted to submit their payment details and questions are posted only when the customer acknowledges and accepts the payment terms.

I had a question about their monthly subscription fee. The customer service agent, Royce D., that I spoke to could not understand my question, even though it was very simple. "If I cancel my membership, will I continue to be charged?"

I had this question because I had a membership with Just Answer before in a different area. After I canceled my membership, they continued to charge me.

I also saw that this is a popular question on their website - it appears at the top of more than one page. "Why am I receiving a recurring charge even if I am not a member?" or something like that.

The customer care specialist Royce kept giving me different answers, like, "There are no charges on your credit card at this time."? Or "We have verified that you don't want a membership." He was talking about things that had nothing to do with my question! He was also very rude. And when I said "You haven't answered my question," he said, "I have answered your question," and then he marked the support ticket closed.

Either this was the worst kind of customer service, or there's some kind of scam going on here.

A couple of months back, I had a random throbbing pain in my forehead. Was not able to figure out why it was happening. Pain killers gave a temporary relief but once the effect dozed off, the pain relapsed. It appeared infrequently but quite often. I was totally frustrated with it; didnt have time to visit the clinic (as theres no clinic nearby my house) which made things worse. Then, I heard about justanswer from one of my friends who recently then, had her pet treated and was very satisfied with their service. I immediately contacted them and chatted with their medical experts. We had a long conversation back and forth, where the expert took a note of all the symptoms I was experiencing and also my medical history. Finally, it came out that it mostly happened on days when I had a lack of sleep. How much relieved I was to hear that I cant even begin to tell you. It was almost like I got my life back. The expert prescribed me some medicines and asked me to reset my sleep cycle and stick to that routine. And its been a few months now I didnt have any such headaches. Thanks a lot for your help!

They immediately charge your credit card extra $86, in addition to the $2 mentioned, but no answers and no lawyer. Already, and SUCCESSFULLY, contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and cancelled my credit card in case these scumbags try to steal from me again...

I used the site also. The advice was okay. I am in UK
However I too (allegedly) signed up for a subscription even though I remember specifically ticking the box that said I didn't want one. It seems that the site defaults to a subscription and many users don't check their statements, particularly PayPal ones to see what has gone out. It took ages to get the money back.
In all honesty, as they are offering unlimited questions for a monthly fee and the expert allegedly gets paid for answering those, it must be relying on slippage, people who ask one question and unwittingly sign up for a subscription otherwise the business would be running at a massive loss instead turning over millions of dollars.
I have looked all over the Internet for advice and the only other site here in the UK is this one www.expertanswers.co.uk which only gives you legal advice. To be honest, I asked a couple of questions in the advice was spot-on. On one of the questions they had no suitable expert and they emailed me and refunded me without me even asking.
Both sites offer 100% satisfaction guarantee but the only one that delivers is Expert Answers.
I fail to see how Just Answer can give 100% satisfaction if they don't give refunds, when asked, four weeks!
In my opinion, Expert Answers is light years ahead.

Somehow I deleted all of my saved accounts and passwords while adjusting my settings on my PC. I called my local internet provider who suggested I call Microsoft support, but somehow I ended with this group, which I initially THOUGHT was Microsoft support. I hired an "expert" for $39 and he ended the session when he realized he could not help me. I was then told I would be referred to another "expert" at no cost. However, he told me he would not help me unless I paid another $39, so I did. That was the last I heard of him. I wasted about 4 hours yesterday and got nowhere. I then purchased a time for $199 for what I thought was a 4 hour session for August 3. When I got the confirmation email, what I purchased was a one hour session at $199 with 3 additional slots at $149 per slot, if needed. I emailed them this morning and told them to cancel that appointment my account. I will see if they agree to do that. I will contact a local repair company, such as the Geek Squad. I would steer clear of these. Smells like a scam. Terrible customer service.

I was in Florida, phone went dead, searched for advise, came across Just Answer, it said $1 -- I did not catch the Intro information and that I would get charge $65 on my credit card if I did not cancel in 7 days, did not use them, found my answer at Batteries Plus, called and cancelled today, they cancel at the end of the month and keep my $65, I have not use for them, so be careful and read the whole script so you do not loss money like I did.
