Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

The experts that handled my problem didn't even know what they were talking about. It was supposed to be guaranteed and they still charged me for the service that wasn't given.
Their ad says 5.00 to answer a question and then hit you with an 79.00 subscription fee and then you can not even get back in to get another question answered without getting suckered for another subscription fee. Their "expert" did not have any real answers, just vague supposed solutions that were at best common knowledge. TOTALL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I paid $59 just to talk to a legal assistant to say something that was of no help to me. But, the real reason I think this is a RACKET FOR FUNDS for them, is that they don't tell you upfront that in order for you to talk with someone, and in addition to the $59 to talk to them, you will be later charged an additional $60 for a membership that you have to pay and be a member of in order to speak to the legal assistant. Why would I need a membership for a one-time thing? That is the RACKET FOR FUNDS I believe is taking place!

I asked one question and paid a $2 fee with my credit card, they will start charging me with a so-called membership fee monthly without my authorization! Once i found out, they agree to cancel the membership but refuse to refund the money they stealed. BE AWARE! Fraud and stealing!
Update11/25/2022: after a couple of phone calls with the customer service and "Manager", and a couple reviews about JustAnswer, they have decided to refund 50% of the membership fee! In the email they claim " When you visited our site and began the process of posting your question, you were met with several messages from us explaining how you are signing up for a Membership to run for 30 days, starting from when you post your first question, where we would collect a monthly payment from you each month until you decide to cancel the service." Basically it is saying that until you found out you were charged, they will be happily taking money from your bank account each month, claiming you have agreed! There is not email providing any membership information; neither receipt of the so-called "membership charge"!
In reality I was only asked if I would like to contribute a $2 by speaking to a specialist!
So it looked like so many others were tricked into their fraud.

Do not offer credit cards info! And don’t use their service!

I appreciated getting a punctual evaluation of a table that came from my grandparents home. Being in my 70's I didn't want to have to take the table somewhere to get appraised.
My appraiser was very helpful and efficient In getting my value and explaining it to me.
It showed up when I searched for on-line appraisals.
I was trying to reset my old password but microsoft would not let me, and Just Answer says no problem, and no worries, just sign up for a membership and we'll have you fixed up. They sent me to 3 of their best techs and none could answer. Beware No Refunds after you sign up, I cancelled as fast as I could, And they were very sorry they could not help. NOT SURPRISED THEY ARE BEING SUED, think I''l join.

Same thing like everyone else there was no sign that they will charge you once you ask a question and then they act as if there was when not.
As everyone knows a subscription is at the end of the month not the day you sign up.
Anyways when i spoke to a assistant she said that thats how the company works, i told her nothing was clear i even asked to speak to a supervisor, because they took 66$ without my permission i only permitted the 2$ one anyhow she denied it by saying they wont help me.
And then when i wasn't done she ended the conversation.
After that i contacted them by email and no surprise at all they were no help they kept saying that im not eligible for a refund because it was stated that they money will be taken when it didnt at all.
If you're willing to pay 66 or 80 or 40 $ for questions and answers, for monthly subscriptions + the first question charge sure but if not dont bother because the 2$ is really just for show to lure you.
Very disappointed that a company would do such thing, the least they can do is make it obvious that they're gonna take the money the second they ask a question. Obviously not because they're scammers.
May god not forgive them.
Anyways i did cancel my subscription they made sure of it.
But they were no help.
The doctors were though.
Only good outcome of it
I will be using the money i lost so i will be asking all the questions i possibly can.

Had trouble printing after allowing HP ePRINT + jet(something) in my puter. As I understood it, it was simply to get feedback re: my HP puter and Cannon 3500 printer... no personal data. Didn't realize I wouldn't be able to print unless I was on the net.:-( I ran across JustAnswer when I Googled "HP Tech support. Took awhile but I CAN PRINT NOW! Yehaw!
