We have an old refrigerator and the fan quit working. My son was able to take the cover off and oil the fan with the information provided by your website. It is now running and I am using it again.

Had a problem with a truck, they helped me out. BUT now they asked, do want to leave a tip, more $. Then I find out they have been billing my credit card on a monthly bases.

I wrote on your review earlier today that I had been hacked right after using your app. That was INCORRECT! While unfortunately I was hacked and it was within minutes of using your app my bank assured me it was NOT YOUR WEBSITE

I was on Google and then from somewhere Just Answer popped up from somewhere and said for a dollar they would answer my question.Somehow I got signed up and charged 35$ on Oct 16 and 35$ on Oct 19th.I didn't go to Just Answer they came on my Google search.I got fed up on waiting for their expert and clicked off without an expert answer. And here I am 70$ later signed up to this.I didn't come to Just Answer they popped up on my Google Search.I want a refund and a CANCELATION from this site immediately.

If I could give less than 1 star I would this service is the worst answering service I have ever used I signed up for this service and did not get what I paid for or what I was offered, if you are thinking about using this service or signing up, please don't it's basically a scam.

I came home last night to an open under-sink cabinet and a chewed up - now empty - box of mouse poison! I have 4 dogs ranging in weight from 25 to over 100 pounds. There was no way to know who was the culprit so I contacted JustAnswer. I was connected with DocPaul right away and told him the weights of my dogs and what kind of poison it was (I had to look it up on the internet as the box was shredded). He told me how many tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide to give each of my dogs to make them vomit. While this wasn't the most pleasant way to spend the evening, having my dogs alive and well was a much better option. 2 dogs vomited immediately and DocPaul told me to give the others a second dose. Lucky for me, my Rottweiler didn't need a second dose by the time I got off the computer! Finally, all of them had vomited, and the culprit was identified. He told me no dinner for them that night AND wanted me to follow up in the morning. I'm happy to say they are all well and wagging and I am so grateful for his calm direction. Lovely website and I will use again!

Responses are slow, incomplete. Their billing is efficient. With an automatic renewal whether you request it or not. Super difficult to cancel account. Avoid.

I called because my Kindle icon would not open. The technician knew what to do and he worked quickly to fix my problem. I could not have had better service. Thank you.

I was asked to pay R15 on my credit card (which they are now canceling) only to find (because I was waiting so long to ask a mechanic a simple question) that JustAnswer has automatically signed me up for a monthly fee. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS. Now after canceling and having never spoken to a technician so I should get my money back. I feel like taking them to Ombudsman.

I am not tech smart, my contact was very considerate of that fact and made things easy. He was very polite and understanding. I would certainly ask for him again.

Mine was related to a domestic issue and the lawyer got back to me within 15 minutes with very caring and informative advice. She also gave me resources to help.

I had a minor legal issue that no attorney wanted to answer unless I paid an exorbitant fee. Just Answer connected me with a professional & the issue was resolved.

Very unprofessional answers and unprofessional doctors. They will subscribe you to a monthly subscription without your consent and will make you pay the first month unwillingly. Do not use it!

I wouldn't take the opportunity to pay extra for a phone conversation, however, he was still prompt with his reply's & that was all, I needed.

This site is recommended if you have questions and are getting contradictory advice from you local physicians. Answer each question you send and take their time with giving you answers.

After much back and forth we have concluded that the transmission from the auto wreckers is no good, we tried but excluded all the simple solutions. Thanks for the help.

Just be careful with this shady and crooked site! They ask the question, and the question is usually, your bank information! A scam all the way. Don' do it, DON'T!
