Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
The tech i worked with was great, just be sure if you cancel you also take your card off file because they will keep charging it, and they won't refund. I don't recomend this buisness.

This was very helpful, so glad I found the site. My little Chihuahua was sick and it was after hours, and storming outside, so comforting to find a vet online to walk me thought what I needed to do.
I have used this service twice, once voluntary and the other not. The first time I called to get an answer to what, I thought, was a pretty common question. Quickly I found I already knew more about the question and possible solution than my "expert" did. I, after spending too long just trying to get him to focus I threw in the towel and said 'thanks but no thanks.' Of course I asked for my deposit back but 'surprisingly' never received it. I knew than that these were just a bunch of hacked together out of job has beens who could never be expected to know more about a solution than I did before I called. The second time I was tricked into calling them because their web listing made it look like they were the hired guns for a particular product. When I had to spell the name of the service I was calling about I looked at the URL closer and realized who I called. Slam went the receiver and my pain was over, mercifully. The bottom line is do not call them, ever. You would be better waiting for divine inspiration for your answer than calling these bums. It may be a good idea gone horribly bad or just a bad idea dreamed up by someone in a heroin induced mind bending sleep. Look very closely at any URL that promises you expert help and if you see their name, run, don't walk, away from the listing.

Tried to get one simple question answered due to desperation as my ac was out and it was 110 degrees...took literally forever for anyone to answer and they didnt even help me at the end result. The initial solicitation was that you could ask a DIY question from a panel of experts for $5 dollars and later tell you that you signed up for a membership that auto charges for $39 dollars per month! Who would pay that, how many times would you want to pose a question per month that would justify a $39 dollar membership? Anyway, I immediately, once I received the membership email, wrote and called to get my money refunded as I didnt even receive the help that I was promised and this is the BS response that I received: I reviewed your account and see that you agreed to enroll in a JustAnswer monthly membership and the following charges: One-time join fee of $5 and a monthly membership fee of $39. This covers your first question and any questions you may ask until the end of your membership. The Offer Details page explains the payment terms and that you are authorizing JustAnswer to automatically charge a subscription fee for each month of enrollment.
Furthermore, I certainly understand your need, but I do apologize for this issue is not refundable. I want to assure you that your membership has now been turned off and you will no longer see charges on your method of payment.

Our non-profit organization joined JustAnswer November 10,2022 because of an issue we were having with Zoom Meetings. The issue was never resolved after hours of trying. At my request we decided to try again the next day. But before that could happened, we further investigated the matter ourselves and found that it was not a technical issue but rather a new feature by Zoom. We decided that we really didn't need JustAnswer tech support at this time and so we cancelled the membership December 12,2022. However, December's payment was still processed. When I called and spoke with a customer representative as to why, his answer was because we cancelled after the 10th. We can certainly understand that. However, although we cancelled December 12th and the payment was processed to cover the full mouth of December, then why does the tech support stop immediately without any refund? If we are paying $55.00 for a month of tech support, it only seems fair and right that our service should be covered for the entire month and not just for the two days. Therefore, as we are conscientious consumers, we cannot and will not recommend JustAnswer to any person or organization until they take a closer look at this business practice.

I ask for help diagnosing my dishwashers poor performance. With out asking any questions his reply, after 2 days was "More than likely the motor impeller has become detached, then the unit will fill with water and the motor will turn on, but no water will be pumped around to wash the dishes."
I read a few more forums and found it was the rinse aid and the soup. I switched to what they recommend as well as run a couple of CRL cycles and it good as new.
I was lead to believe I only had to pay if I liked the advice. So somehow the Appliance Guru got $24 and a 5 star rating?

So I was contacted by an administrator from JA and refunded my money plus an additional $38.00 CND. (I will return the money, I wasn't looking to make anything on this post) Now my first review was harsh due to the attention I got and what seamed to me like a scam. I wanted answers. Now after conversing with Adam I get the feeling that this service has a lot of merit or potential. I've read good reviews before using the service. I just didn't get ahold of my professional at a good time, got one of the bad ones or slipped through the cracks some how. We are still dealing with the human element!

Though they weren't able to resolve my issue they were able to direct me to my bank for assistance and resolve
