Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Very helpful it clarified a few things now I know how to proceed.

I needed help with a legal question. They said - get an answer for just five dollars! So I paid. Then, as soon as you get the answer, they go - SURPRISE! - you were just charged another $31 on top of that, for a total of $36. Ok, whatever, I'll swallow the bait & switch because I need the answer. All the while, they're trying to upsell you - pay this much, pay that much, and I said no to everything. I just wanted my answer.
A week later, I have an additional, unauthorized charge in my account for $46! I contact their customer service via chat and they claim I signed up for a "membership". Not true. I ask for a refund, saying I never authorized this, was not notified in any way, and declined all their extra upsell offers. The person tells me only their supervisor can give me a refund and they are not available. So I try again and pose as a new customer trying to buy something - surprise, the supervisor is available!
I get constant resistance about the refund. "But you signed up for our membership sir!". I say, no I didn't give me a refund. "But life is full of questions, sir!". Give me a refund. "But our service bla bla". Give me a refund. On and on. They eventually offer me a 30% discount if I stay. Give me a refund. And on and on, making it really hard for me to rectify things.
Don't give these people your card. I'm on the lookout now for any future charges they may try to sneak through.

I have had a GYN problem for 30 years. I was told at that time there was no cure but to avoid pain and discomfort for me to not wear panties or pants. At the time my job required that I wear pants or my rear would be showing on a daily basis due to doing containments on developmentally disabled clients who were a danger to themselves and others. I have been to Stanford Hospital in 2016 and there still is no cure but topical medication to help slow the progress. Then on 9-10-16 I went to a new GYN explaining my problems, this new Dr. informs me he does a procedure in his office, it takes two or three treatments with a laser and I am cured of Lichen Sclerosis. So I ask how much is each treatment? He tells me $1000 per treatment. I tell him to let me think about it. Now if these treatments work, it is well worth the money, but why didn't the Dr. at Stanford mention them to me? So I am thinking maybe I should go on line and ask a Dr. I am so glad I did. Not only did I save myself from future damage and harm but I saved $3000 bucks as well. So yes, by all means, go on line and ask your question, it just may save your life. Pamela Marberry

I got some good info of checks about the problem with my truck to follow up. When I have done the follow up I will have further questions to finish up the issues
Really gave different avenues to pursue and agencies to report my problems to. After I had more info about my problems I turned it over to my insurance company.
I was charged for a call I never got and I never wanted. I was given no help with my issue and was basically told take it to a mechanic. I was very disappointed

They will tell you that you that you will get an answer for you question for a nominal fee but then they will enroll you in small print to a subscription service of $35 or more.
