“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I suspected my ranch dog had ingested insecticide. As my local vet could not get to him for nearly a full day I contacted JustAnswer as a result of online search for information to help my dog.

After asking my question a popup came up indicating a $5.00 fee for getting my answer. Nowhere was there any indication of more than that being charged. One week later I noticed an unauthorized $35.00 monthly auto-renewal "membership" fee.

All attempts at resolving this issue with JustAnswer met with chat-bots, no humans, and a very quick time out before being ghosted by JustAnswer.

Now I get to spend time disputing that unauthorized $35.00 fee, cancelling my card and waiting for a new one. My States Attorney will be my next contact to file a complaint about this scam California business who engages in theft by deception practices.

It may be easy enough to cancel the scam account (we'll see) but they still have the money they stole from me.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS LIKE THE PLAGUE ON HUMANITY THAT THEY ARE!

Did a 1$ deal, canceled my membership directly after (took screenshot) then a month later my card is chatged 34$ (luckly it was not an okayed charge so it didnt go through) checked the site and it tells me my membership was canceled now on a different day (so I take screenshots) wake up today to another charge this morning of the same amount checked the site and now my membership says it was canceled today the 29th which contradics all the other screenshots! Horrible horrible

I signed up for the membership trial to see how it worked. I had a specific question about gastrointestinal problems I was experiencing. I saw great reviews so I thought let's see, maybe this could be helpful in between doctor appointments as covid-19 has been making my regular visiting a bit difficult. Well I was matched with a "specialist" who basically didn't offer me any Insight, but said to go see a doctor. Well that wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't charged $46.00 for it. I cancelled my membership and I even have an email to prove it. I called in and the rep just argued with me about cancellation. I even offered to send it to their team so that they could see but all the rep would do is cancel my membership for future charges. I called back in, and the second rep did the exact same thing.To make matters worst, if they pulled money from the only card I happened to have on me while working as an essential worker out of state and it overdrew that account and left me stranded with no way to fuel up my vehicle.

This week I got Fios 1 with voice remote. It is an upgrade to allow me to access Fios 4k channels. After trying many times to change settings from 1080p to 2160p, I called Fios tech support. Again after many attempts to change settings they told me they would have to do further research and recommended I call Vizio support. I was connected to a technician who asked some basic questions including the TV model # and age of the TV. He then told me I had plugged the HDMI into HDMI1 1 & to move it to HDMI5 for 4k. I did that and then ran the settings setup and it went right through. I was able to access Fios 4k channels. I'm sorry I don't recall his name but would like to compliment on a job well done. I am looking forward to watching the Super Bowl.

They show a very minimum amount to be paid. Then they charge extra 30 usd. So I cancelled subscription after an hr and I got no refund

Just answer charges now and very expensive. Do you know that just answer used to be free? And it used to be free for many years because it used to be called ask Jeeves. One thing that happened was I got these two mouses at a yard sale and when I looked inside where the batteries go they did not have USB chips. Without them I cannot hook up to a computer and the mouse will not run. So I ran into these just answer sites with so-called experts and I said can I buy the USB chips when they're not with the mice that I bought? I don't have them I need to buy them. And do you know what the expert says she says and he says are you using it wirelessly and I said in shock if it's a USB chip it is wirelessly. Then they said is the pointer moving I said I told you I do not have the chip to make it run. I went to about four different just answers and the same questions came up. How are you making the mouse run and which is are you using it wirelessly and is the pointer moving those were the two very ingenious questions that I got asked. Now if there's such experts why didn't they know what I was talking about? Ellen Demchak

I also had just answer about 3 years ago and it was for a veterinarian and when she was supposed to call me back she never did and that's not good business practice.
