Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Vishnu was on point not only did he help me with the power cleaning he exit so I can show him I knew what to do the next time I had that problem. Thank You

Just as I thought to many e-mails from you. I did not answer immediately and since that time I have had three e-mails wanting to know how did. Just As I had suspected a bunch of e-mails filling my inbox. I hope there won't be anymore. E-mail surveys the replacement for the US Postal Service junk mail. At least physical junk mail was a better support for the economy.

Never certain with websites that sound too good to be true, but this one is for real. Not a favorable experience with prior auto service and how can you be even more certain choosing another? So I tried the chat with JustAnswer. Then referred to a webapp to pay to continue. It "paid off" and got a call from Bart. How refreshing. Not only with troubleshooting my issue, but then assistance to find a local, reviewed repair shop to address the problem and having enough guidance by Bart that I believe I will know if they are giving me an accurate assessment and solution.

I was looking how to replace a pool water heater flame sensor. There was nothing helpful in the internet including YouTube. I stumbled on justanswer. I asked the question there. Got connected with expert who walked me thru the process and even encouraged me when I thought I couldn't do it. He reinforce his instructions were correct which I then followed successfully.
Just stumbled upon it.
DO NOT SIGN UP! This is a scam. They say the trail is $1 but will immediately charge you $1 and $29 at the same time. I called my credit card to dispute this and the dispute department said they get calls about this company all the time and they do this to everyone. They also recommended that I block to merchant because they have received so many complaints about people cancelling their membership but still being charged. STAY AWAY. NOT AN HONEST COMPANY!

When given the opportunity to work with a tech you get message charging $1.00. However, you are billed over $40.00 for a full subscription and then have to fight to cancel the subscription.
Only option I was given, was dissatisfied with being charged for a full subscription instead of the $1.00 that was stated.
Tip for consumers:
Customer Service from the tech was excellent, he did his job very professionally when asking question in verification. His accent did not affect the communication at all. Over all he was the best in communication that I have ever encountered.
