Haven't had it fixed yet but Evant seemed to know his stuff. The only thing that idk will be fixed is the issue with the coolant temp staying between 190-200 and the fan clutch sporadically turning on and off no matter what the actual coolant temp is.

I was told that I needed to include form SSA 44. But that is for life changing alterations. That's not the form I need it. I found out I needed SS a 561 -U2. It is a request for reconsideration because of them receiving from the IRS the wrong adjusted gross income because I had filed an amended 1040 X. My adjusted gross income was 6500 lower on the amended form.

Dr. Mike was very helpful in his advice for my chicken. She showed troubling signs start with comb turning black in spots. It's springtime so no frost bite possibility. Progressed to closed eye. Then both eyes.
Dr. Mike was contacted when one eye was closed. He asked thorough questions and gave me several sites to acquire different meds I could choose to try. The resources were fab.
I'm new to being a chicken nurse so the direct hot links were very helpful. Most supply stores near me are limited. Understanding some ointments for other animals could be used on my chicken was "eye" opening.
