Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

We have tried for over a week to get this remote programmed. I went to the Roku page and it directed me to Just answer.
I have a 03 Ford 7.3 powerstroke. About a week ago I picked up some bad fuel. I changed filters drained and cleaned fuel tank, flushed lines, flushed one of the heads, replaced pump on frame rail, and cleaned screens in fuel solenoid. Also hooked to computer to check any codes and found none, while I had it hooked up ran an injector test and all passed. Made sure everything was tight no leaks and took it out for a drive. Was a lot better but still had a vibration like dirty fuel or starving for fuel. Got online and came across this site and was asked to pay 5 bucks no big deal, and that somebody that was qualified to answer my question would be with me shortly. Few minutes went by and a tech joined the conversation. So after everything was all said and done the next morning I noticed that I had also a 34 dollar charge. It says no where anything about this charge just the 5 dollar charge. Not cool and not a way for customers to be able to trust you. My truck is still messed up but I won't get back on here to ask the tech anymore questions. I will say he knew his stuff which was great but sucks about who he works for.

Just answer is a rip off! I was told to use my credit card and spend $5 to speak 🗣 to someone live. This turned out to be a person who was texting 💬 me the entire time.
This morning I wake up to find out Just Answer took $30 out of my account 🤬 ppl beware don't pay to speak to anyone because you won't it's all texting. 😡😡😡😡

I have been very pleased with the promptness and professionalism that I have received in the two experiences I have had with JustAnswer. Both times my problem was a car issue. In both cases I put up with the issues on my car due to the high cost of taking it in to a mechanic to have it "diagnosed" and then fixed. I decided to search the internet and found JustAnswer. In both instances, within a couple of minutes they connected me with a very knowledgeable Chrysler specific mechanic. These gentlemen each had over 20 years of experience. In both cases they were able to diagnose the problem and provide a fix. Each case was more than just obvious. These were both electrical wiring issues. I have an EE degree so understanding the electrical aspects was not the issue. In each case these technicians "pulled a rabbit out of the hat" based on experiences they had had in the field over the years. I am very satisfied with the experiences I have had so far. They called and texted and it was essentially having a factory trained mechanic at my beckoning call, his full attention and right when it was convenient for me. It just doesn't get any better. Thanks for the platform that enables this interaction. Real value add.

I did not have the color ink the printer was asking for except in an old cartridge which it was rejecting.then I k box came and no product at all in the box. Today a set of ink arrived...I was in middle of a project...so even tho I have received over nite mail from other companies.it is not available so I had to wait as first shipment was empty and second shipment arrived today.unfortunately I had to scrap project as it was to be for Mother's Day.but prayerfully it will be " all systems go" for Father's Day

I've used it in the pass but only free trial now I paid for a membership
The website stated that a $5 charge would be made to ask a question but immediately a $40 appeared on my credit card. I have the order number but no one could reverse the charge after trying for 2 hours. This is extremely poor customer service.
Tip for consumers:
That the $5 is a trick to get you on a membership page where you inadvertantly become a "member." It is not something a legitimate company would do and if someone makes that mistake and reports it immediately, it should be easy to rectify.
Products used:
None. I was immediately charged for a "membership" which I didn't want and won't use. I provided the Order # and communicated with a number of people but they all gave the standard "We can't refund your money" response. If they have the order number, they can surely issue a refund. This is very poor customer service and, frankly, is very sleazy.

The other night I signed up for this service because we had a 4 week old kitten that was fading fast and we were desperate for advice and reassurance about what to do to be able to save the kitten.
