Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I have a relatively new Electrolux washing machine which had water left in the bowl after a wash. I contacted Just Answer who told me to open the cover at the bottom and toggle the lever so that the water could drain out. A You Tube link was provided and a digital photo was sent to show what I needed to access. Once the water was out the message was displayed that the washing could be removed. Thanks Just Answer and a special thanks to the technician, Chester from the AU Support Team. Steve from New Zealand.

In retrospect I was very pleased. At the time I was under pressure and only gave 4 stars.

Terrible. They tell you they'll charge you $5 and then they charge you $39+. Won't refund that money because they said that info was in the terms. Well, the section for my credit card info was at the very top of the page (not beneath the terms as with most (reputable) companies. Yes, I should've scrolled down. They don't care and refuse to refund. Stay away or else read every word before you give them any info.

Kept refusing to refund within 5 minutes of the charge (and I did not use the service).

Of chocolate. I gave her 3 tbls. Of hydrogen peroxide to make her throw up and she didn't and it was at 6:00 at night so there were no vets available to me so I was at a loss so I use d just answer and got a hold of Dr Nikko and he is the best he told me what to do he called back to make sure she was okay he even called back the next morning to make sure she was okay he told me how to monitor a heart rate just most awesomest vet and a very great person so I very highly recommend just answer if you're going to use Dr Nikko or probably any of their people there are awesome

I was asked for a one time fee of $1.00 dollar and after providing my banking information I noticed a second charge that I was not made aware of For $55.00 dollars even though the problem was not fixed. I would have never agreed to a $55.00 fee because I am struggling to pay my rent and did not have it to spare. Reached out to Apple Help when l was charged for a free trial l had already cancelled. They said l needed to talk to someone with Tech & said there would be a $1 refunded fee. I agreed & gave my CC number. I was then connected to a chat session with JustAnswer. His advice-reinstall program then cancel it again! After disconnecting l checked my CC online. There was a $49 charge l was NOT notified of, did NOT approve or authorize. I IMMEDIATELY called my card company & said it was unauthorized & do NOT process it!

Was told it would be 5.00 to ask a question and then I was charged a 40.00 membership with no notification. Chat agent said there was nothing they could do to support the refund of a charge that was still pending on my card. Turns out they already have a lawsuit under their belt for doing exactly this. DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE JustAnswer unless you realise that you are signing up for a monthly membership fee which is extremely high and also misleading when you sign up on their site. You will be charged a one-time join fee and also a monthly fee for use of the platform, both fees are charged upon sign up, and once you did that, they will not refund you! DO NOT USE JUSTANSWER!
