I just filed a Better Business Bureau complaint again your company. I called for a $5 answer on april. 15th. I was charged and additional $30 in april for wwhich I never got a receipt. I only found out by checking my credit card. I signed in to cancel then and thought I had succeeded but checking my credit account today I saw another $30 charge for which I again did not receive a receipt to tell me I was still beingcharged. I know for certain that i have now canceled, but I want a refund for the may charges. This is a rip-off

Believe it or not just answered dot com actually gave me a refund for april and may so this issue is resolved

Other reviews are obviously mostly fake. I explained exactly what I was looking for in detail. I received an (allegedly) attorney who knew nothing and recommended I get an attorney. The total call was about 2 minutes for $65. Don't waste your money.

I needed help about my wages after a transfer in the same company and same position but different state. And there was never any disclosure of it changing.

Your technician Nick B. Worked tirelessly with me for about an hour guiding me to link my printer so it would allow me to scan to email, which he anticipated would be a simple matter. We were challenged by a number of unexpected roadblocks which Nick was able to solve, while maintaining a cheerful, patient attitude, however the final roadblock was discovered to be a problem with my Macbook Pro. I was then out of time, so Nick emailed me a link to instructions for completing the printer hookup for me to use when I get my Macbook working right and also urged me to contact JustAnswer If I needed more help. I am very satisfied with Nick's commitment to solving my problem

Mike's expertise with small engines helped me figure out what was wrong with my Briggs and Stratton engine on my Snapper lawnmower. Mike patiently corrected one of my misconceptions (read, my stupidity) about engines without batteries and gave me a detailed explanation of how those engines function. The first technician I dealt with spent over 40 minutes on the phone with me without offering a solution to my email problem. He asked me to perform lots of test that I had already performed myself. Just Answer offered a second opinion, so I got one. I connected with the second technician by chat and he must have been simultaneously on more than one chat because it took a long time to respond most times - once I heard radio silence for more than four minutes and had to ask if he was still there. But I must say, in the minutes he spent with me, he found the solution (or got me to find it) quickly. As a technician, the second technician was 5-star (just wish I'd had his undivided attention).

I don't whether it was because I gave an honest review or not, but JustAsk terminated my account.
