The tech's knowledge was solid and advice was what i expected. I have an old receiver that failed to power up. After more than 30 years of reliable service he told me the time had come to probably get a new one. With few shops available anymore, unless it is a very high end unit, the cost of repair and inconvenience outweigh the purchase of a replacement.
This business is a scam. They advertise a small $2 charge for answers but discretely sign you up for an outrageous monthly subscription fee without being upfront about it. It's hidden in the fine print and is slimey and a scam. Avoid at all costs!
Called JustAmswer and the chat told me it would me a 1\$1.00 refundable charge, I agreed - then to my disappointment and anger they charged me $66.00. I deleted my contact with JustAnswer and never heard anything more.
The automated phone system said they have refunded my membership fee. Until I contacted JustAnswer the next day I had not heard of "MEMBERSHIP FEE".
Overall I am sorry disappointed with their deceptive financial operation.

The online notice said to click and receive an answer for $5. But once you give them your information, they charge $60! When I called, I talked to the most patient, kind, young lady, with absolutely no authority to help me. She repeated the same information so many times that I thought, for a moment, it might be a robot! That's the best thing I can say about that experience. She said a supervisor would call me back to discuss the issue, but they never did. I called back a few days later to speak with a "supervisor," and apparently they have a script to follow because the person repeated the same thing the first young lady said.

Late night advice of online Vet got my dog into an ER Vet Hospital in time to remedy his vomiting before he seriously dehydrated. His situation was beyond home remedies and he could be in serious trouble if I didn't seek Vet care. Turned out he developed gastroenteritis in the aftermath of hernia surgery and strong antibiotics. The hospital admitted him overnight on IV fluids and meds. The hospital Vet told me the advice I got was accurate and saved my dog from organ damage.
It was late at night and I could not get my dog’s vomiting to stop. My local Vet was unavailable so I researched online vomiting in dogs and read an article about gastroenteritis and it’s dangers in dogs which led me to contact JustAnswer for a Vet’s advice.
Chetan had understanding words for me and showed empathy after I fell for a scam. Unfortunately, it was not possible to stop or reverse the transactions I had made... but he helped me with the instructions for a 2FA

I I asked Wise for a callback, which shouldn't cost me too much, as I don't live in the same country as the callback was expected to come from.
The Doctor listened to all concerns, presented all scenarios and provided her thoughts. She was not pushy, nor did she place assumptions. The Doctor was compassionate and thoughtful, during her feedback process helped me make my decision.
I felt more comfortable talking to vet in person regarding this issue than listening to friends and neighbors.
No Real answer just tips on protecting myself & my assets. Only friendly contact no soliitcation whatsoever. Share daily positive affirmations. Claims others have cloned him, but I want to be sure... not stupid.

Dr Adriana was trying hard to address my concern regarding 1 1/2 yr old parakeet, little babylucky.she also addressed hem by his name…it was difficult to diagnose BL since didn't physicall6 exam8med him, but dir give me some advice to, hopefully, remedy the issue.
It seems that BL is a little better and has been chirping. Seems more alert. He could possibly be molting.
I googled a question, and JA came up
After setting up a new printer, I discovered that it would not print in colour. I contacted just answer, after spotting their pop-up, and was amazed to be given the choice of phone call or online, onscreen chat. Usually, I prefer a live body, but the chat was clear and easy to understand.
The entire experience turned out to be a delight. The tech had to approach the problem from several different angles and he kept me well informed about each step. He also gave me very clear and simply worded instructions which were easy to follow.
I had the impression he knew exactly what I was looking at, both on the screen and on the printer.
And throughout, he was incredibly patient and encouraging, for which I was very grateful.
Their website was clear and informative. More importantly, it included a window offering an immediate chat. "No time like the present" and "Let's get it done" seems to be their no-nonsense attitude; exactly what I was looking for.
I was very satisfied with the legal advice as such but NOT with the way I got it. When I turned to Citibank with a certain question I was turned over to your organisation without prior information about the possible costs involved. More transparency PRIOR to further steps from me like providing my credit card details would have been more appropriate in my opinion. I do not mind paying for a certain service but I want to know what I can expect so I can decide whether I want that service or not. That was not clear to me in this case!

Our Westinghouse refrigerator stopped working, I contacted their online service and asked to talk direct to a technician. After about 10 minutes a technician from Australia contacted me and was able to assist in getting our refrigerator working again.

Needed help with a refrigerator problem. Wrote a through problem description, submitted it and had a highly qualified tech online with in 3 minutes. We exchanged some specific information about the symptoms of the problem and he immediately knew what to do. He then took a few minutes to collect all the information I needed to make the repair including the exact part and where to order it. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Excellent service at fair price. Like it!

Asked what could be wrong when bobcat was running then locked up due to low voltage, alternator not charging. I suggested I had an old battery. Was told battery could be problem. I swapped alternator and battery and still had same problem. Tech indicated he would try and find an owners manual for my year and send what to look for next. I decided to change alternator and battery on my own without him suggesting it. Turned out to be a blown alternator/ accessory fuse. Manual I got tells how to check, but easier to start out checking fuse, who knew alternator has a fuse? Now you do. 2006 s185 bobcat

This was a complex issue dealing with DNS, Email and Sites. The troubleshooting required research into current DNS records and registrations. MikeC317 was able to help a great deal. This took about an hour and finally discovered the registration had expired. Got the information to get it fixed and left the call.
Cloudflare is IMPOSSIBLE to get into for support. After nearly 6 hours of trying to call, using email, trying logins and endless phone trees. I needed relief and so went outside for the answer.
I researched. Noticed by the way JustAnswer was a scam but found that to be quite different. I was not having any luck with the vendor and so paid for the answer. It was worth it.
I had purchased a new computer in order to upgrade to Windows 11. I was having difficulty transferring my files from my old computer to the new one and setting things up but the experts at JustAnswer were very helpful assisting me.

A shot in the dark idea that I found on the Internet.
I was very satisfied with the conversation I had with the person I spoke with but not at all happy that it wasn't explained to me I would be charged $55 at the end of our conversation. I understood there would be a $5 refundable charge but the $55 came as a complete surprise. I was not at all happy about that. I do not wish to have my name printered for other to read. This is my opinion and does not have to be read by others.

He also advised me to install malwarebytes.com to solve the initial issue that caused my W11 to lock up.
