Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
My phone was locked and a quick on line answer to my question resulted in successful return to normal operations. Took about 2 minutes.

My RV has a full size standard Maytag refrigerator. Last year I had to have the compressor replaced, and it only lasted a few months. My local tech had no idea what to do differently. I called the manufacturer of the RV (Tiffin) and they said they've had better luck with LG refrigerators. My local appliance store said they think LG is junk and would not suggest I switch. Your tech actually worked at an LG factory and said their compressors are spring loaded and would withstand vibration better than the Maytag model where the compressor sits on the floor without springs.
The first contact was a chat, very prompt and professional, and then the tech called me and answered my questions quickly and efficiently.

The only negative is I wasn't aware that I was signing up for a monthly membership. I'm sure I will cancel it for next month. But that was not clear.

The AI chatbot sent me a link to pay with the message "only $5!" I was charged $5 AND a $39 membership fee. They of course have in big letters no refunds at the bottom of their email after they charge you! The mechanic didn't really answer my direct question at all and I'm very disappointed and angry that I paid $44 for this.
I thought it was only $5.
