Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I was needing to draft legal documents and was not clear what the proper pleading was nor the correct wording. My helper patiently listened to my draft and explained why or why not the individual requests would be appropriate for what I was needing. It was a huge relief and I felt confident when I went into the clerks office to file the pleading. My helper explained what avenue I could pursue next and although showed my sympathy for my situation I felt the information was non biased. What I was provided was exactly what I needed to be able to understand my rights and to be able to understand what it was I needed to do for my situation to try and resolve it without additional expensive legal fees. I'm very grateful as I felt I got the right helper at the right time.
I have paid out money for legal consultations and have gotten nothing but a retainer amount tossed at me with no do-it-yourself advice. I’m in a position where I cannot not pay legal fees at this time but I am capable and willing to do things on my own if I can get the guidance to move forward. JustAnswer gave me just that for less than the cost of my scheduled consultation.

The individual was very knowledgeable and patient with me. The issue was how to use the Spin only cycle and we had the issue resolved very quickly.

After two dealerships, 6 days at one dealership, 8 days at another dealership, and two tows, major frustrations because no answers, my vehicle is now at a non-Ford mechanic, and me ready to borrow a friend's vehicle, I speak to Jeff the mechanic, an expert with Fords, and take notes of all the things to check for a parasitic draw after answering his questions of things that could go awry. Jeff WAS RIGHT! My mechanic called immediately afterward to say the new battery was bad. Thank you Jeff, thank you JustAnswer.

An internet search for an answer to my problem yielded JustAsk as a provider of service support and stated the nominal fee would be refunded if issue couldn’t be resolved via this website.
I was informed the fee was $5.00 then I was charged an additional $35.00. The site chat was misleading. I'm was very disappointed to find out It costed $40.00. I got the same information from the internet. I will not use this service again…

I have a membership and wanted to use it
My 2.5 year old 14 lb daushund yorkie mix was suddenly acting like she was in severe pain but had no obvious injuries. The vet was very reassuring and helped rule out an urgent need for attention. Week end and nearest help an hour away. Still trying to pin point whether it's allergies or maybe ear infection but she's been doing much better
No immediate availability of vet care. New breed for me so still trying to learn small dog behaviors! Never had a high maintenance pup like her!
We were in a crisis and the lady was professional compassionate and very helpful. I have never been so thankful in my life that she was there for me

I'm not trying to stereotype, but I'm pretty sure that the lawyer I talked to was gen Z, and his attitude towards me was the typical, "OK, Boomer" bee ess I get just about every day. He basically turned my problem around and told me it was my fault. I will not be recommending this service to anyone. Zero help.

The $46 seemed hidden to me - what's the point of advertising $1 when it's actually $47 upfront? I don't like that. However, I did appreciate the fast connection to a provider (though I couldn't tell if it was a robot or not) with quick answers about my painful, red eye.
It was one of the first things that popped up on google and promised quick answers.
You say just R15 which was fine. We are pensioners. Next thing R15 plus R599 go through so we had to block you immediately and our Netflix not working. This will go further!
Weeks later our R599 was cancelled
