“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I am fed up with scammers. They stated they would help but didn't payed $46.00 instead of $1.00. No text back, no call
I received a notice I would not get a refund. I will continue to let others know about the scamming from you and other companies.

Tip for consumers:
They need to be honest on how much it will cost and if they stated a tech has helped many other people on a problem and can help me to… then they need to not drop the ball and call or text me back. Since I didn’t receive any help I want to get a full refund!
They will have you pay a $1.00 but then say you are already a subscriber then bill you $46.00 without your understanding of how much money they are really taking out. Or it will be in very different e print so you can’t see.

Products used:
No help on my personal issue after stating they have a specific tech that have helped many other people in my position.
There nothing but money grabbing scammers that misrepresent what they will do for people.

They force you to pay for the app, making you believe it will only cost a dollar. They were supposed to call me to fix the problem, but the call kept going into spam filter. I requested an instant refund, after 15 minutes of paying and I never received a response. They charged my CC $59.00 for doing nothing.

I requested assistance, was told it was 5 dollars and was refundable. Went to the sign up page. And saw the subscription with an asterisk. However couldn't see when that would begin. I talked to the lawyer, he gave me advice and reassured the actions I was taking legality. After the call he was kind enough to link me to customer support as this was the sole question I had and was limited to about 12 minutes overall. Customer care said they would not refund as well as my bank doing a stop payment. After ward, I was told by someone from the company they would help me get a refund and would appreciate a tip if I did. I gladly accepted the help and sent the individual a tip of 25 dollars with a processing fee of just over 2 dollars. This still saved me 20ish dollars of the 55 that were charged after the 5 dollars. Overall the business is very good, just please ensure if a person says they have only one question, process it as one question and not a membership that is elusive. Thank you for everything.

They stated they would not refund due to the statement in the agreement. Understandable, however it wasn't clear and mis information was provided originally.
