Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I sent out a message at 6:15 in the evening, did not hear back for 12 hours.
Once I did hear back, the vet was very helpful

I noticed my cat's toe was sticking at a unnatural angle late last evening. I had just moved to a new city out of province so my regular vet was not an option. She was not in distress but was uncomfortable putting weight on her foot (she's a tripod so she already has a bit of a tough time getting around). I contacted someone on the website and provided some basic information and within 10 minutes a vet called me and answered all my questions! He gave sound advice and eased my anxiety. Suggested different treatment options and reassured me that I didn't need to rush her to an emergency vet that night. 10/10 would recommend!

Quick and informative help
Blower motor quit working on my 1996 Ram 1500 and it wasn't the usual suspects ( blower motor, resistor, dash control panel or even the fuse. It was a voltage drop in the factory power wire from fuse box to blower motor. The expert help steered me in the right direction and problem solved. Answered all my questions even though I text at slow rate. Better and cheaper than a dealer shop and you do the work.
Internet search of my particular problem showed results from using Just answer.

It's a Sunday and not wanting to spend extra money.
I was nervous at first bur they were quick to deal with the problem and I felt better.
They advetise and notify a small fee to have a question answer/use the site and make little to no notification you'll be charge a large monthly fee. Most reviews once after doing research after a negative personal experience show the same experience. An initial use of the site with a low charge then to notice a large charge in your bank account.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use the site unless you are really in need of frequent uses and willing to pay $50+ a month for. Reliability of professionals unable to verify at the moment.
