Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I was nervous at first bur they were quick to deal with the problem and I felt better.
They advetise and notify a small fee to have a question answer/use the site and make little to no notification you'll be charge a large monthly fee. Most reviews once after doing research after a negative personal experience show the same experience. An initial use of the site with a low charge then to notice a large charge in your bank account.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use the site unless you are really in need of frequent uses and willing to pay $50+ a month for. Reliability of professionals unable to verify at the moment.

I paid $59.00 for a one time consultation. The gentleman tried to be informative. He was polite and professional but I did not want to hear what he had to say. I did not want any kind of ongoing membership. I am forced to cancel my card due to unwanted theft from JustAnswer. Bad experience.

I am deeply thankful for whoever created this website. I have used it multiple times for vet and doctor answers when I have been unable to get up with my providers. The support has always been thoughtful and thorough and a lot of great questions asked to really understand and support. I have always had the best online providers at any time of day or night with instant help. Really brings peace to a situation knowing you can get instant support during non regular times of day or times when you can't get your typical providers care. It's incredibly easy to use and I am time and time again thankful to have access to it.

I came across justanswer while researching on line for information in regard to a problem with an investment property, and a property manager who seems unwilling to do their job. It was reassuring to learn that I was on the right track in my thought process to prompt action from the owners corporation and property manager.
I have a property manager who doesn't seem to be doing their job the problem is ongoing and I may have to take formal action.
I had never heard of it before just came across it when I was searching for information about a problem.
I want my money back I thought I was being charged a dollar this is not fair and was mislead I did not want a membership

The tech understood my place as a homeowner who does not deal with this on a daily basis, he was kind and understanding and very knowledgeable. He took in my description, and his first suggestion fixed the issue, he listened….
He understood my problem, was kind and patient, listened well and led well. My problem was solved quickly, and he even added reference to repair manuals that I could use. I would gladly have him assist on my next dilemma.
First one I saw, was a great choice.
