Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I needed help deciphering several questions on an immigration form, and the lawyer's answers confirmed what I thought. This gave me peace of mind and confidence to go forward.
I have been using this service for over 5 years now. I love the quick and knowledgeable responses I receive. It saves our small company from having to have an expensive lawyer on retainer.
Was able to find out what the problem most likely is and order the part and got it delivered in 2 days, but haven`t had a chance to find someone to replace the drain pump ( YET).

My cat is sick and has been to the vet several times. It was after hours and I didn't know if I needed to go to the animal ER as her symptoms changed. I was guided with what to watch for and was able to avoid even more costly ER visit. Just what I needed after an already hectic day.

You should know that it's not $1 to join. Read the small print. They charge you monthly after you pay the $1 fully refundable. The first page is very clear its ONLY $1 to join. Its the second page that gets you. Then because they called, they don't refund saying they performed a service. I had 4 issues of which they could not resolve even one. So that's the 'Service" I received. When I called customer service, she said she would not refund, and then asked if I wanted to take a survey after, I said yes. She hung up.
Tip for consumers:
Its a scam, beware. I don't believe their 4 stars. No way others were helped so much when out of 4 issues, not one was resolved.

To those hesitant in using this form of veterinary services, I would like to reassure those considering, it was well worth the minimal cost & leap of faith. As a retired veterinary assistant, I was provided the information best suited not only for my pet, but circumstances to options available.

I highly recommend this technician for the following reasons:
1. I saved a lot, because if I had a technician to come to my home just to diagnose the problem, it was $149.00. Once identified, they were going to charge an additonal $149 to come back to fix it.
2. Her instructions were clear, concise, thorough and organized in steps which also included an evaluation of each step.
3. Her response was quick within 15 minutes after I asked the question.
Originally, I had a vet question regarding my cat. I was so impressed with them that I subscribed after the trial. Since, then I have several other categories, microwave, legal, apple software question, heating and air conditioning, check engine light, theromstat repair in my Lexus automobile, and the last one a printer issue. The price for the subscription is well worth the cost. I have heard that some companies pay individuals to rate them favorably, but this is not the case with me. This is my authentic, honest evaluation of my experience with "Just Answer."

I will be filling a grievance against you as soon as the pending debt is posted to my bank account unless this is corrected immediately. After such a great Vet visit I am very disappointed that you scammed me out of $34.00 more than what I signed up and agreed to. I won't be recommending your site to anyone.

I had an issue about my dog Buck. When I found this app, I was surprised how easy it to use.
It was just on online
When I spoke to the Just Answer assistant I told him my problem but I could not get the issue resolved because I could not log in to my paramount account. It was difficult to understand him but I finally told him I needed to hang up.
I ended up not getting any help and my credit card has a charge of $45.00.
Paramount plus told me it would be a one dollar charge which would be refunded.

The stress of a sick pet is enough to manage, but coupled with the difficulty of transporting, which adds more stress to you and the pet, this option was exceptional. We selected to ask a Vet a question, which turned into a phone call. He was incredibly compassionate, kind, understanding, thorough, and effective. He was also much more affordable than an emergency vet bill. I highly recommend it.
