Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
My dog ate some fertilizer and I was doing the normal panicked internet search. I landed on this site and the chat popped up. $30 using ApplePay seemed a fair payment for an answer. Chatted with an agent for a few minutes and then waited for 10-15 mins for the vet agent to join. Got a text and answered there, switched back to the site and continued the chat there. Seamless experience. I got a concise, thorough answer that covered all the questions I would have asked like is my dog in danger, what to expect, what are the likely problems, what to do next. It was so smooth. I'm an IT guy and work with contact centers in my job. This is a slick operation.

Key fob with new battery appears dead, no dashboard light up. Suggestion was to try another key fob and to press the Start button with "non-working" key fob. Both started the car!
Frustration, and fear of expense of having car transported to dealer.
I reached out with a question rather late at night, shortly after returning home from the dealership with a used Infiniti QX70. Chad reached out after a brief wait and answered both questions right away. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and offered a solid suggestion.
I searched for my answers on Google beforehand, and acquired vaguely similar information. But with little detail or advice. I decided to ask a real human on this site.

My technology skills are moderate and the tech was patient and explained what I needed to do in terms I understood. He never made me feel stupid for asking questions! My experience was very good and my issue was resolved.
McAfee sent me there.
I couldn't have been more stunned at the outstanding response and detailed knowledge of my issue with our Whirlpool gas stove. The technician called me within minutes of my reaching out on-line and in addition to his professional expertise he was so courteous and offered continued assistance once we figure out the part we need (he gave us links to order and video of how to install) if we run into problems with the "fix". I highly recommend this service for anyone needing an expert technician's services.

James did a great job of evaluating and appraising these weavings. It was not an easy job, but he was very patient and kept the communication going despite technical glitches. I would ask for him again.
I'm here to let people know be careful how you accept the estate that people leave for you. The lawyer help me to understand with my health that it was not good for me to go thru the situation of my parents properly or my uncle.
I needed a answer fast and while I was on line I ran a cross Just Answer and the lawyer text me and gave me an answer and now I know I can get help for a small fee instead of the amount an attorney on the outside.
The expert that helped me was very knowledgable, and did a great job of helping me understand the possible explanations for my problem, how to tolerable-shoot and make decisions to reach the correct outcome. I'm confident I can follow the step he outlined and get my TV controls sorted out properly.
