I connected with Terry from Just Answer on the phone. You have an option to "talk" on the computer, but I prefer talking in person to the technician. The GE Profile Dishwasher was making a funny sound and the lights on the panel were out. The noise continued even when you closed the door...there was no way to turn the dishwasher off. Terry had us try many different things and was very patient and talked us through it all. He definitely was educated on dishwashers and how they worked.The censor that turns off the draining of water was stuck and therefore, I need to call a repairman. I was very impressed with the service I got from Just Answer!..

The very knowledge, caring, and understanding doctor was very patient and listened as I explained all my strange illnesses and symptoms over the course of the last 6 months and as I went over the different clinics I had been too and doctors I had seen. And, he was able to assess what was going on with me right away, what I needed to do and how to go about it. Thanks to him I am feeling better for the first time in 6 months and it has shed some light for myself and my family as to why I was sick. I know I could have died if I had not gotten better. In the past, my experiences with ss have been difficult and stressful due to lack of people working there. I could never get through on the phone, resulting in standing in many lines. Once I did connect with a real person, everyone was wonderful, patient and helpful. This particular issue could be avoided by adding the option, in the letter, that there is no need to contact ss if I had no changes. The gentleman who helped me today was great. I just don't want to be charged for having to ask a simple question

I called Just answers and was connected to a lawyer who confirmed the call I received earlier in the day informing me I won a sweepstakes prize was a scam. Proir to receiving my prize, The red flag Is I was being asked to send a $1500 money order to them as a check release fee. The attorney verified no legitimate sweepstakes company would demand payment of money before you get the certified cashiers check for your winnings to deposit and verification from your bank that the check you received is not counterfeit. As soon as the request for a money order or gift card is made hang up It IS A SCAM. YOU COULD LOSE A LOT MORE!

I had a problem with Power Point on my Mac. Jess was ver patient and walked me through how to fix it.
He talk me several way to communicate with him such as taking screen shots, which I have never done.
