Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I have used Just Answer for an automotive issue and a furnace issue. In both cases the expert advice lead me down a path that quickly resolved my issues and, as a bonus, saved me over $10,000, no lie!
Random online coincidence
I needed help with a Microsoft issue, which was quite complex and a JustAnswer technician solved my computer problem seamlessly and without any hiccup. Needless to say I'm very pleased!
Their solution for my problem was to have me create the forms to do what I needed. I'm 73 with Alzheimer's and the instructions were beyond my abilities. I tried again to get help from ActBlue, but they did not answer.
No stars. The first person never contacted me. The second person gave me directions to create the pages on ActBlue. That was beyond my 73 year old brain. Plus Alzheimer’s doesn’t help.
That was who ActBlue told me to call.

Friend recommended it
He knew how to set up my Lumix firmware update on a used FZ1000. Over the phone, we got the SD card with the update into to camera. He followed with me every step. This update was vital to get this camera running the way it can. I bought it for the features that the update unlocked. Now I have the camera I thought I was getting. Version went from ver. 1 to ver. 2.2. This made a world of difference.

I wish I could give them zero stars. When looking to have a question answered it is not only $2 to answer. Rather it is $2 plus $86 per month every month until you realize and cancel. They claim to be fully refundable but, this is not true. Even after stating I have never wanted a monthly membership and never using their services in the months being charged they will not refund at all nor do they care. This is false advertisement. This is them being snakes and robbing people of their money. This is horrible and so is customer service. Trained to deal with the constant complaints and talking over you and just saying... yes. I understand but...were not doing anything about it. Monsters. Goodbye. Beware people.

They advertise $1 to join and cancel any time. Then they let you ask a question. Just asking triggers a $49 charge. I cancelled immediately but they refused to refund me. What a scam.
UPDATE: After posting my complaints, the company refunded my purchase. I am satisfied.

Paid $5.00 for nothing. No help. I was lead to the IT Dept. I told them to refund my $5.00 and cancel my account if I had one.
Got no assurance of my refund. Just more questions.

Friend advised me
I was concerned about my puppy, he had been vomiting, had diarrhea, and wouldn't eat. Paul very strongly suggested that I take my pup to see a veterinarian immediately. I took him to our towns 24 hour Emergency Pet Hospital and found out he has parvovirus. I'm so glad I took him, we caught it early so he has a good chance at beating it.
I needed advice ASAP, I didn't want to chance him getting worse.

Could not find what I was looking for online, this included YouTube, Google, auto part stores and so on.
I was having difficulty finding an answer to a financial/tax situation. There seemed to be no reliable source that could actually help me solve my situation. I turned to JustAnswer and the very first expert assigned to me had the solution I was looking for. Right away and in two sentences. Made a huge difference in the favorable outcome of my problem. Very much appreciated. I now know where to go should a similar situation arise in the future...I will also have no hesitation recommending JustAnswer to anyone who might need assistance.
I ran into a problem when I was "rating" the expert that helped me. JustAnswer has a system using 5 stars for rating purposes - I've used this system in the past elswhere and I've always pressed #1 first and then go up to #5 (assuming I want a final superior ratinig) pressing one, two, three, four and five. But JustAnswer system doesn't let you do this. If you press #1, THAT'S YOUR FINAL CHOICE. You can't change it and you're stuck with it even if you don't want a #1 rating. There is a way to change it, but I had to go to customer service to get it solved. It's no big thing, but avoid all that by pressing your actual rating the first time you press a star.
Like most people, a problem often arises which needs a simple, quick but reliable answer. I don't want to make an appointment at a big, impersonal building. So I decided to try something on the internet. All I did was surf the net until I found JustAnswer and it seemed to offer just the kind of service I was looking for. (I was right).
My questions were answered clearly and in a way that I can understand. And the answers completely made sense to me. This session gave me more confidence to resolve my legal issue.
