Trying to identify what I believe to be an antique English teapot (1800s) from my grandfathers family. Unfortunately, at the same time, my daughter called with an emergency, so I couldn't interact as much as I would have liked.

I'm rating it 4 out of 5 only because the page did not make it clear he had answered. I was waiting & waiting, not knowing he had actually answered. The website needs tweaking or make it clearer to novice users.

The agent was responsive and we both determined that the Mac computer did not support the printer because it is old. So I bought an old Lexmark printer that can be run by my Mac instead of throwing away a good Mac just to make a printer work. He gave it a try.

Was very impressed with his expertise on that subject. He was a good listener, and advised against supplementing with iodine, since my recent testing of iodine with Ulta Labs 24 Hour Urine Test showing that I already had high levels of iodine in my body, offering sufficient thyroid support. So his opinion differed from my own doctor who wanted me to supplement with iodine and slowly taper off the thyroid medication possibly completely. I will instead go with Dr. Vorst's (Just Answer) advice to abstain from the iodine.

My query regarded possible sale of a property (unit) jointed only by HOA members: the legal means involved. I was referred to the Davis Stirling act (which governs such matters) and given some specific answers by two attorneys. I had a tax question I needed answered. I could go to IRS and get an answer for free but would probably have to wait a long time for a response. I saw JustAnswer and it seemed like a reasonable charge of $5 to answer my question. I had to enter my debit information so they could be paid and I would receive my answer. I would then have membership which I was told could be canceled at any time. I was shocked when my bank statment showed an immediate charge of $55. I canceled my membership about 2 weeks after receiving the answer to my ONE question when I saw the $55 charge. I asked for a refund of $50 when I canceled my membership. No response from the online chat and no refund issued to my card. I called and demanded a refund. At first, I was told "no refunds". I insisted and threatened to report them for unfair business practices and I have been told I will receive my refund. We shall see. Bottom line, stay away from this company as what they state they will do and what they actually do are quite different.

Talked about ways to troubleshoot my Mustang Gt. Test tools have been ordered and will get here today. I will give feedback on what I find. The conversation made sense.

I'm very knowledgeable about automobiles, and have spent many tireless hours throughout my life turning wrenches on everything from Motocross dirt bikes, Snowmobiles, Jet Skis, and Custom classic Muscle Cars. What I enjoy about Just answer mechanics is that I might already know the steps to troubleshooting the current issue. I like contacting them to make sure that I might not be overlooking something. Or possibly forgetting a step within my journey to getting whatever it might be that I'm presently working on, back up and running, and with the peace of mind + confidence.
