Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
A timely response was provided with definitive information and redirection to the proper source where they would not be able to provide the answer in the confines of their expertise.
Thought it was a faster route to have my questions answered, and more affordable.

I waited 10 hours to get a bird vet online since last night and still today no one answered my question. Plus they don't charge what they say they will charge.it is more money. It is a greedy,selfish and terrible business! Don't get desperate in getting their help, their experts don't seem to give good advice. They don't know much at all.

Terrible service. I want a refund of the $39 bird exam I needed with a vet. They wanted to take $44. I want my refund for that soon and cancel any membership they put me into. They have people who pretend they are experts, there is 0 professionalism in that company. What is going on with private companies? Why is the service so extremely bad? They make people so mad and it is not a succesful business, totally unsuccessful one.

After asking the right question, after they gave me several questions it could be based on my asked question, they gave me an answer that prevented me from looking all over the Internet.
To get my question answered about my 2023 tax submission.
Because it was 3.14 ( Pi day), I thought it would be nice to send out a bit of humor using the Greek symbol for Pi. Internet said easy, do this, that, and the other and bingo phone language is now Greek. But, no way, no how can I do anything in Greek on my phone. Tried a few things to try to get back to English, to no avail.
Found JustAnswer and signed on. Tech got the job done, but now I have two "second languages" that I can switch to at the touch of a button. Been there, done that.
I checked my credit card for the cost of this:
$1 for application
$55/ month for subscription
$39 for my requested fix job
I emailed JestAnswer to say $55 or $39 but not both. Result is my account has been cancelled and all three charges are still pending. And, they asked for a review.
My rating:
Technical support = 9.5
Customer relations = 0.5
I really don’t like their attitude and the billing practices, subject to finalizing all of my charges.
One star is really too much.

I had numerous questions about a 1991 Ford F350 truck gas 7.5, fuel tank, fuel, sender, grommet situations, connectors, check valves, wiring, and wiring on an audio install. They were able to help with everything fairly quickly sometimes it takes 10 minutes but usually it's a lot quicker, and when you're confused, they really help you out
