Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I was told I had to pay a refundable $5. I was charged $65.!
Customer Service is actually FAQ I need to be specific. I am not getting the needed code to sign in.
It seemed simple. The first rep made it seem low cost and simple, but I am unable to sign in thus unable to contact you!
Doctor Raza was fast and thorough. He asked a bunch of questions before offering me his advice. It's hard to determine whether someone is compassionate behind the screen, but I felt like he was.
Because I feel like it's the most reputable source out there for expert and helpful advice. I know it doesn't take the place of an in-person doctor, but it can help ease someone's mind or/and offer a second (or third) opinion in the meantime.
I appreciate the kindness and patience given to me during a very frustrating situation. Best customer service I have had in a long long time. :)

Internet hype. You have a good social media and PR team because your website ranks as my number one worst online site ever.
Don't bother with customer service or the chat option. They will keep you in a never-ending loop of the same questions, which will ultimately lead nowhere.

I had a question about an issue with a bathroom faucet. I got the solution in less than 5 minutes. I was directed to a tool which costs less than $10 that would resolve my issue. Quick, easy, and inexpensive. What more could you ask for. I will be back.

My dryer refused to respond after a power outage. Austin was great at recommending repair, was knowledgeable about part being discontinued and his recommendation is sound. Great to work with.
The first tech didn't respond in a timely manner to my questions and responses. The Customer Service Rep quickly resolved the issue and connected me to a true expert.
I was looking for anwers
I was worried that my puppies spay incision was oozing. Since it was Sunday my vet was closed. Sent picture to the online vet, and she was able to tell me the incision looked fine. Put my worries to rest! Thank you.

The tech I spoke to was fantastic. Ultimately, I wasn't able to solve my problem with the help of the JustAnswer Plumber and I had to call a plumber out. Turns out, technically, the JustAnswer Plumber was right. The problem wasn't with my water heater. I had a cross connection at a failed shower valve.
Past experiences have been wonderful.
I was at a loss comparing supplements to use in my homemade dog food. Vet advised me, and when I fed what he recommended, dog (usually suspicious of unfamiliar food) ate it readily. Now I have a formula for dog food I trust and dog likes. I was glad to get an immediate response.

Our old neighbors from when we lived in Florida are claiming water and mold damage was supposedly caused by our hurricane shutters. Trying to get the new owner to pay. Lori was great and very clear on the law. Really put our kind at ease.

The technician was very helpful but Just Answer is total BS. I paid $5 and could not speak to a live person as I requested. I didn't want to CHAT. He tried calling several times and finally said that THEY HAVE TROUBLE WITH MOBILE DEVICES!
I didn't. I accidently ended up at JustAnswer when I was looking for KitchenAid Support. Beware of the URL you choose. I made a terrible mistake.
