Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Started getting inundated with malware notices. I have a security app on the phone which after scanning showed no viruses. Eventually Perris had me uninstall and reinstall Chrome. Problem fixed.
I sign up for a monthly subscription every once and awhile. I find JustAnswer to be helpful when looking for prices of items to sell and tech questions.

When I googled How to talk with a real person at Microsoft. The Just Answer site was the first response. Since I wasn't getting past the robot, I thought what could it hurt. I'm so glad I called.
I was in a panic about a legal problem that came as a complete surprise. The Just Answer solicitor gave me good advice on how to proceed, which probably saved me a few hundred pounds and hopefully some time, too.
It was great to have someone readily available to advise me.

They answered my question well but the 'join for only $2' is not true, they will charge you $42 for the month. I emailed them saying how they mentioned multiple times throughout the application process that there would be no additional fees they said that it is in the contract that you will pay for your first month. I know it is there somewhere in the 10 or so pages within the fine print.
Tip for consumers:
It would be helpful to know up front and visible that you would be charged $42 dollars along with the $2 before you make your purchase

I originally told just answer I had already spent many many hours trying to fix my Facebook page that got hacked. The man that attempted to help me merely did the same steps I already had done prior to calling. I was charged $46 from my credit card. I didn't get my problem fixed it was just a complete waist of time. Where was I told of this charge? I only saw a charge for $1.00. I didn't get my issue fixed and certainly should not be charged $36. I want a refund

I was feeling guilty because I was having a hard time getting a very scared dog to act like a dog! My dog came from a hoarding situation and scared of many things, including me! Sally talked me through everything I told her, gave me so much information and told me from everything I told her that her opinion was that the dog did love and trust me but because of lack of human contact she acted this way, she didn't know any better. She gave me several things to try and I am doing that now, we'll see how far I can get.

Past experience
I had a feeling there was something really wrong when my 14 year old dog's breathing became extremely labored like there was something stuck. An expensive visit to the emergency vet revealed nothing (but they barely examined him). The JustAnswer vet was kind and listened and her advice helped us make the decision to take him in to be put down. When we got to our regular vet they discovered the large mass in his throat. Thank you, JustAnswer, for helping us make the difficult but right decision.
I couldn't get my dog to his regular vet and the emergency vet was a horrible experience.
I was given information from the bank that caused me concern re Kiwisaver. I was worried that the info given was not correct and Chris put me straight and resolved my concerns
Needed help quickly
I alerted the ftc.gov because that's what customer service told me to do. I also tried to repo do to. But my email was sent back saying there's no such web address. So idk there. But customer support thinks my money will be refunded and I'll be able to get it back shortly. So I'm happy about that.

That is who ebay first sent me too. But they also sent a link to ebay support. So when I didn't get my text messages from just ask, I went looking for it and found ebay support link and got on it.
James was helpful in figuring out my problem. Tried several options to no avail. His diagnosis was the control board. Going to find out. Oh and said to unplug the washer, but at the time I needed help to move it out to get to the plug.
It was very helpful to be able to reach out to someone and ask a question that was haunting me for a few days. Instead of hours of researching and stressing out I reached out to an expert lawyer that summarized my exactly what I needed to do. The information is priceless.
