Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I was impressed with the quick response and reassurance from the mechanic. My check engine light was on, but I didn't have a code so he couldn't explain what the issue was. I didn't know that I could just go to an auto parts store and they can get the code. I felt better after our conversation though. He said it wasn't a serious issue because the light wasn't blinking and it wasn't! I will use this service again. It was a purge control valve replacement. It was quick and cheap!

I got all my questions answered regarding the illness and the wounds my cat had. In the veterinary Hospital where I took him, the answers the doctors gave me were enough to not understand anything about what my cat had, why, probable causes, what they were doing about it and why, and she even answered me how appropriate each treatment was and what the most appropriate treatment would be under the most likely affliction that my cat had undergone. She was amazing and I am very happy I had someone to whom I could ask questions, be heard and have my questions answered. I thank you Dr. Amria
I chose Just Answer because I did not know where else to turn when my cat was very injured and ill and the veterinarians at the Hospital would not take any time to answer any of my questions. I needed answers as to what happened to my cat, what solution there was what the treatment is and how effective it can be expected to be. Just Answer was there for me and I am grateful for that.
They were helpful in the manner that I got some ointment the next day but they couldn't give us anything that would help like an antibiotic so I still had to go to the vet on Monday. Actually, I just waisted my money because they couldn't really do anything. The vet was nice and caring and made me feel he was concerned.

My French bulldog got into some stone fruit around 8:30pm EST. I was extremely worried and didn't know what to do. I knew that going to the emergency vet would be time consuming, stressful, and costly. I somehow saw a link in my frantic googling of "what happens to your dog when he eats stone fruits" and I was mortified to see the results. BUT… I shared my issue with the AI chat assistant (who I genuinely thought was a real person at first) and within 5 minutes I received a call back from Veterinarian Dr. Scott Nimmo who was kind, up to speed on my issue, and immediately set my mind at ease. He assured me how long we would be online for and provided me with a written response of everything we talked about on the phone. While I hope my dog doesn't get into any health issues again, if he does (and he likely will as a Frenchie) this service will be my first choice and recommended to all pet owners I know. The dr was great and helped alleviate my anxiety about what I should do. Gave me great advice for my cat's problem.
It was on line under my search for dealing with a cat problem. My vet office is closed on the weekends and so i clicked on the site.
My computer bumped me into Just Answer when I had printer problems. I heard $25 to get an answer but was charge $68 and recurrent monthly charges. Customer service was terrific at listening then reversing the charge.

I was given a treatment plan to help Sweet Pea until we can get to a vet in person that I'm hoping will alleviate the symptoms. She was extremely helpful, and listened to all the details of her condition and previous treatment.Highly recommend!

I am visiting from the uk, looked on line for Just Answer
I submitted a question and was asked for my credit card info. I was told I would be charged $1. Instead I was charged $1 and then another $55 A MONTH which apparently I signed up for in the pages of legalese I agreed to. Stay far, far away from this company and whatever you do, don't give them your credit card information.
Update: After several emails, I finally got my money back. For this reason I upgraded their rating to two stars. I really could have done without the frustration and waste of my time. Please be sure you know what you're signing up for before you hand over your credit card info.

I did not use their service at all but was charged $56 and will be paying another $55/month for nothing.
Our frig was leaking inside the frig onto the floor. Through guided assistance I was able to correct the leak. A lose screw was blocking the drain into the pan. I sent pictures of the problem and was given perfect directions. I appreciate the patience of the tech.
I just thought I would try to fix it myself.
The dr. Was good but only just referred me to a local vet because my dog is throwing up amd it hassom3 blood in it.
