Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

The problem started with the national FB outage earlier this week. Then in trying to connect back into my account, FB locked me out. It took talking with someone twice, but the link that you sent allowed me to resend a picture of my drivers license to FB. They approved my identity and allowed access to my account. Happy ending.

I was trying to update my ATM card, which I've done several times for other accounts. There were several options on the screen but none would allow me to change the number. My only choice was to "chat" and in that space I stated that I didn't need to chat, just to update my card. Then I got a message from my bank asking if I had approved a $50 charge. When I said no then froze my card for fraudulent action and I have to get a new one.

This company is being sued for automatically enrolling consumers into a membership, without knowledge or consent. I only wanted to ask a simple question, I was under the assumption that it would cost me only $5 plus tip. Days later JustAnswer charged me $46 and automatically enrolled me in a membership I was not even aware of. Then turned around and charged me another $46 for another months membership. Called them cancelled the membership I didn't even know about and asked for a refund. WORST and VERY RUDE customer service rep told me that NOTHING was refundable. Seriously HORRIBLE company. Called my bank.

I've asked two questions here and both hav been answered fast and with great knowledge and expertise. I had one in writing and one over a phone call. Both very good. I'm very happy with this service.
Mr. Avrum Aaron was very helpful to me in answering my legal questions for a novel I am writing. It was a hypothetical situation, but he patiently gave me the answers I was seeking as part of my research. This was a very good experience that did not take very long.
I was unable to get answers to the specific questions I had for this hypothetical situation until I found this website.
I feel I got professional advice for my cats needs from a qualified real vet (Dr. Campos) for my cat. Her advice made me make the right decision to get my cat to a vet asap and now my cat is doing well. I believe she tipped the scales for me to save and extend my cats life.

Brandon was lovely, thorough and patient, but unfortunately all we did...did not solve my issue. I was a bit frustrated to find that i had signed up for a $30/mo service when the prompt was originally a $5 charge for the advice...and I had to go thru the site to find out how to cancel. I felt it was a little bit of a trap to join the service.but was happy I was able to cancel once deemed unnecessary
Was googling how to troubleshoot my Hisense TV problems and this popped up. I thought it was associated with Hisense.

I got an assistant on the first call placed, then put on hold for long time before a picture of a lawyer appeared. More money was requested before that supposed real person would completely answer my question. A waste of money and time in my opinion.
