Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I have inherited a large amount of collectibles, of which I have no knowledge. Leaning on the experts at JustAnswer has given me a better understanding of what I have as well as the value.
To help me identify and value items I have inherited and want to sell. It is expensive, but less expensive than hiring an appraiser for each item. I also used JustAnswer for a legal question since I already had the subscription.

He walked me through my heating problem and helpede figure out it was not a broken thermostat but a problem with the futnace in the attic. He even offered to help me analyze the problem in the attic but I was scared to gonup there, so he recommended I call a heating person. I did and the guy did exactly what he recommended and fixed itin 10 minutes. Great advice!

Legal Eagle help with landlord questions we had with a tenant. He was fast, patient and answered all my questions. Then told me I could go to him directly if I had more questions.

My vehicle would not run. I had no spark after a basic tuneup. Checked everything or so I thought. Signed up honestly not knowing if it was a scam or not. I requested a phone call and my phone was ringing in 20 minutes. It was 6:30 pm. It was the best $34.00 I had ever spent. The technician had sent me wiring diagrams so that I could trace the wiring and find the problem. I was messaging 4 technicians at the same time. Found a couple of different issues causing my lack of spark. So between all 4 technicians the problem was solved. THANK YOU.
In the hast of trying to google answers just answer popped up. It said got a question just ask. So I did. SIMPLE.
My baby had vomiting, diarrhea, and lethargy. He's so important to me, but finances are so tight I didn't want to waste unnecessary money on a vet visit. I was quickly connected with Dr. Bob. He gave excellent advice and was very kind. My pup was back to his playful, silly self in less than 24 hours. They even contacted me to follow up and check on him. So very thankful for this service.
Cost and efficiency
Confusing to say the least you were upfront about the $46 fee. Your website is totally confusing could not navigate through it and then I look at my account and there's a $46 charge and you don't do that until the end you need to say that first cause it's not five dollars it's $46 you guys are liars.
Took too long I didn’t know anything about the $46 charge that I’m gonna contest you need to say that the five dollar is not five dollars you need to say that it’s $46 that is scandalous I will be contesting it unless you refund my money

My experience with just answer could not have been better. I needed help with my dishwasher that was leaking and the repairman who answered my questions, gave me advice and a day later I was able to fix the dishwasher myself for $18.
Popped up on my search
The intake person takes initial details then says "follow the link for payment to be connected with someone". That page says $2. It takes you to another page with a ton of info all over the screen about next steps. They hide the fact that by clicking "next" you are agreeing to a membership fee of $86.
There is no account so they do not know who is a member and you cant access your prior chats without being sent another link to pay $2
I went through again, it is there but far from prominently displayed. Clearly this entire process is geared around tricking ppl into this expense. Why else would there be back to back fee pages.
Anyways, beyond that the person I talked to knew $#*! all that couldnt be found online or using chatgpt

Convenience
I understood I would be charged!.00 to ask a question, that's fair. Then I checked my account and saw I was charged 1.00 on one charge and 55.00 the very same day. That is just wrong! I called and ask to cancel and refund my 55.00. The woman, who I had a very hard time understanding, said there was no way she could refund my money. I ask to speak to her supervisor and she said he was busy talking to someone else. She stated there is nothing you can do you will not get a refund. Like I said get off this site, they don't want to help its a money grab.
