Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I again appreciated Isaac's knowledge and professionalism. He didn't tell me things I preferred to hear. That would not help me. He told me what I needed to know and understand. I feel more confident moving forward that I can't be thrown out in the street or be left without heat and power while I keep trying to pull together means to make the move that is required of me. I can exhale.
I also appreciate being able to connect with Isaac any time I have a question in the future; he is already familiar with my challenge so we don't have to cover that ground again. And I've especially appreciate that he's not a bot.

They make refund very difficult! You will have to call your credit card to dispute the payment. They said a lot of excuses to reject my refunds. They know I do not use this service and try to cancel the payment right after I pay for it. They have record of it and they still charge me. They make it very difficult to get the refund until I say I will call the credit card to dispute the payment and they agree to refund me. But when I check my credit card, they did not refund me, instead, they charge me again for another $68. This is a scam company. Don't waste your money and time here.

Needed help bad.
Having a dispute with my landlord, threatened to sue me. I've never been sued so I could barely sleep. It was 11:45 pm and I was online desperately trying to find out Florida tenant/landlord laws. Found JustAnswer, didn't have high hopes but tried it anyway and within 10 minutes someone was responding and answering all my questions. That information changed my whole attitude and helped me sleep.

A customer vs a grandfather
I didn't specifically chose JustAnswer: I was expecting a FastAnswer.
My expectations were exceeded. I got caring help from a knowledgeable lawyer who answered all of my questions and even linked me to needed resources!
Reached out, and was lucky enough to get Allen as my Nissan Master mechanic. I will admit he had never heard that noise before and thankfully I had it on video. It's not a noise that I was able to duplicate on demand. Together on the phone, Allen walked me through a few exercises so that we could try to replicate the noise and pinpoint where it was coming from. Although we were unable to figure out what the noise was, he gave me some great ideas to take to my Nissan dealer. Allen did not give up on me and spent a good part of the day trying to figure out what my issue was. Not only did Allen do his best to troubleshoot my issue, but also helped me figure out how to upload my video to YouTube so that he could access the video with a squeak. I am not tech savvy!😞 I'm so appreciative of him giving me some really good ideas to take back to my Nissan dealer. Allen really went above and beyond and I am very appreciative.
I have used just answer years ago, and after trying to do the research on my own to see if anyone had a similar issue, I decided to reach out to just answer. Great decision.
The support person was extremely polite, patient and tried to help. Nothing was improved or resolved. It was clear that the person did not know the answer. This is a terrible service and ridiculously expensive. In addition to it not being helpful, the consumer is lured into getting help with an offer that makes it appear that it will cost $1 per call. However, once the consumer has clicked yes, and only then, does the message appear that the consumer will actually be charged $55 per month. I was not able to go back and get the support for $1 per call. There is so much legal language involved, that it's very confusing. I would definitely not recommend this service.

I am a 63 yr old woman changing out all outlets and light switches in my home. When I came across situations I could not figure out Just Answer responded within minutes with a master electrician who quickly analyzed my issue and provided a solution in easy to understand steps. I wish I had found this service years ago.

The person that helped me this week was amazing...he nailed it pretty quick but required lots of info from me to require lots of back & forth between us. Otherwise he could not have done such an excellent analysis/&come to the perfect conclusion which was that the shipper was not Sears it was the marketplace seller and showed how to locate the name of the third party that probably will ship on time...and that's what happened after several calls as he advised my beautiful microwave will arrive tomorrow eventhough the tracking was not working for me but it worked for the marketplace seller/shipper.
The downside to my experience is the maddening interrupting constant attempt to get feedback on this person when he only had introduced himself and your interruptions with surveys were not reasonable...wait till the call is over you distracted me so many times it really confused me a lot.YES I always want to rate the person helping me and I will be so happy to do so for Just Answer...just be patient with this business model I have experienced the 3 times I needed your great service...You are great just some suggestion how to be patient until interactions are close to the end to start the survey interruptions...please

That expert knew immediately and sent me diagram of the panel / key that would stop it and It did.
My second experience was really weird with very little understanding to take place with numerous experts? Chiming in. There was no resolution but a gave a ok review for all of them just for trying.

Dr Rhett Burch listened to my concerns over my almost 13 year old Halloween furbaby, Luna Belle. She has been sneezing and congested for a couple months, but recently started digging at her ears, as well. He confirmed some treatments I had already tried, gave me some new information regarding allergy medicine (Zyrtec/Claritin) being able to be used for my girl, Lulu. I was not aware that those needs were able to be an option/effective for cats. He then suggested getting her in to be seen to possibly get her a little more aggressive treatment in regards to antibiotics, steroids, bolus of fluid, etc. Would definitely recommend Just Answer to other pet parents seeking knowledgable information (especially if it a weekend or after-hours).
