Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
My experience with Mike R. Was excellent, he is a very good pro. Everyone should trust him, I recommend him for his expertise and constant help until he solves the problems.

Three days ago I discovered an error message on the front panel of my Kenmore (LG) French door refrigerator: "Er IF" and attempted to search for the meaning. Finally I went to Google, entered the message and was referred to "Just Answer." I was connected with Matt who phoned me and described the meaning of the message--that "the defrost fan was frozen." He made several suggestions of how to attend to this situation--all of which an 84 yr. Old women was not able to tackle along. 24 hours following this phone call I discovered that the error message was no long showing on the panel and there was a puddle on the floor in front of the fridge, the ice maker was working along with the water dispenser. It is now another 24 hrs. Since this discovery and so far, so good! I will be on alert from here on to make sure the French doors are securely closed so as to keep any air out which causes the ice buildup, etc. Matt was very clear in his evaluation and patient with me.

I told the AI Intake bot that I would refuse to pay if I was assigned an attorney that did not have acceptable experience working as an attorney dealing with auto insurance companies. After a few minutes I was assigned an attorney who stated that he had 27 years working as personal injury attorney! This attorney understood the issues I has having and me gave my a number of suggestions and options - some of which I had not been aware of. Bottom line is that I have a much better idea of how to move my case forward with getting car repair estimates and what to do if the insurance company does not finally offer me compensation to repair all of the damaged caused by their client.
I liked having a written chat with the attorney so that I could later print out the entire conversation - much better than taking notes while talking to an attorney!
Based on BBB ratings and positive ratings by supposed users. Other online sites with online attorneys had mixed reviews - hence, I had less trust in them.

I have 3 separate emails from Just Answer, so I am sending this response to all 3.
First of all, I want to thank you for trying to solve the problem of my HP printer "losing" the network. Your suggestions to reboot the router, computer and printer were good, as was downloading HP's Print and Scan Doctor, however nothing worked. I even tried to delete and then re-install the printer, and that didn't work. I am not faulting Just Answer because I know you did your best and even followed up, which I appreciate.
I wound up hiring a local technician from Hello Tech, who was able to restore the network connection. He left instructions should the problem recur, and said I should consider directly cabling the printer to the router with a switch.
I am 79 years old and retired and I cannot afford a $55.00 monthly fee for possible future problems. Please unsubscribe me from the monthly service, or respond to indicate how I would need to unsubscribe if you cannot do it for me.
I will keep your information on file, because I believe Just Answer is a company that genuinely wants to help people.

Found it online, I originally thought it was just $5 to chat with someone, but I was so involved with the situation that I didn't realize that it is a monthly subscription.
So far it has been by email or text msg. What I have read by text and email he sounds verry sincere in helping me. I am still confused on what to do as his client.

The tech was very helpful and we were able to get the app downloaded. However, I did NOT know I was going to be charged $30.00 for the service. I was told by what I assume was an AI bot that the charge would be a fully refundable $5.00. Nowhere did I see anything about a $30.00 charge. I thought I was speaking to someone at Samsung help, but I guess I wasn't. I'm glad we got our problem fixed and the tech was very nice and patient, but you all need to be more upfront about the cost.

The SECOND mechanic I talked to sent me a schematic to help troubleshoot. He noticed a second relay and suggested to replace both relays, the same kind. I did andbit worked. The engine started and is now back on the road.
A text came to me asking of I was satisfied with my first mechanic. I responded, "He told me what I already new and I was looking for something more specific to look at or try before tearing into a wirng harness." They got me a second mechanic at no charge. He listened to what I was looking for and greatly helped me out.
