The tech's knowledge was solid and advice was what i expected. I have an old receiver that failed to power up. After more than 30 years of reliable service he told me the time had come to probably get a new one. With few shops available anymore, unless it is a very high end unit, the cost of repair and inconvenience outweigh the purchase of a replacement.
This business is a scam. They advertise a small $2 charge for answers but discretely sign you up for an outrageous monthly subscription fee without being upfront about it. It's hidden in the fine print and is slimey and a scam. Avoid at all costs!
The poor guy had to deal with an idiot (me) but he was patient and it was like a small miracle. He got my printer online with my new router!

New tires and sensors in September no problems.then TPMS fail light came on in February...Belle tire replaced one sensor and problem resolved we thought. Then it came on again and Belle tire determined other 3 sensors were bad. Replaced them and problem went away for a day or two. Then the TPMS light came on again.
My TPMS warning light stayed on...then it went off. Then it went on...now it is off. Blake from just answer told me what options I had...Honda Diagnostic scanner was the main option. Now that the TPMS is working and showing all tire pressures I'll hold off on that idea. The actual sensors are either good or bad and the TPMS control unit does not cause them to fail. Also learned there is no separate fuse. Blake gave good advice and increased my knowledge of the TPMS sysyem.
Thought it was a good way to get information...it was indeed.
The lawyer was very fair and experienced and I would have hired her if she was near me.

Online vet was very helpful, especially since it was Easter Sunday, and an otc solution works well for now.
I was told a response would be received within 15 minutes and that turned out to be over 2 hours. The resolution that was sent to me did not correct the problem.
Customer Service kept telling me an answer would be coming soon, but never checked back to see if I had a resolution; I had to keep contacting them. I worked at a Computer Help Desk and I know the follow-up is very important.
I chose JustAnswer because the webpage gave me a good feeling that a response and resolution would be received quickly. However, that was not the case. I have cancelled my subscription to JustAnswer.

I asked for advice about the Uber app. I was on my way to work and pressed for time. The expert was not able to solve my situation and I gave up (giving him a good rating because I was in a hurry in a bus and thinking the connection might have been at fault) I was expecting a charge of $2 dollars but was charged $68! To get an answer from them about this dispute they want me to give them $2 more! I now feel it's a scam so there is no way I'm giving them my credit card credentials and suggest you seek elsewhere for "expert advice".
Tip for consumers:
They say the $2 is refundable. It seems not.

I was transferred to JustAnswer from a Moen plumbing fixture chat site. I was looking for information about an installation problem with a specific Moen product. JustAnswer said that I would be charged a $5 membership fee and a $40 monthly fee thereafter. The answer from the plumbing expert was that I should submit a warranty claim to Moen. I wanted to share a photo of the connection problem that necessitated my call, but the attachment feature in the JustAnswer chat did not work--it simply gave the file size limit and did not allow me to upload a photo.
If the "expert" had provided actual expertise or if the site had permitted him to analyze my specific problem, I wouldn't consider the combined $45 fee to be unfair compared to calling an actual plumber. But it's unconscionable that your company is charging me $45 for what's essentially non-assistance.
I will advise friends and family members against having anything to do with JustAnswer, because for me, your "service" has been an utter rip-off.
The customer service rep told me that JustAnswer is a fee-based service and that I would be charged $45.
I didn't choose it. Moen's customer service chat AI transferred me to the JustAnswer

Needed some information on Power of Attorney. Paid a little extra to have a phone call and was so glad that I did! The phone call was immediate and in depth and was great to have an actual conversation. I'm sure I would have dated well enough with just the written consultation as I have many times in the past, but in this case I was able to have an in depth dialogue over a complicated matter and therefore have a full understanding.
Easy and affordable… and immediate!
I can do most basic electrical stuff; i.e., changing out a fixture and like switch for switch. However, when adding a different switch, such as a smart switch in which the terminals are different and the wiring requirement is a little different, I will attempt to figure it out, but when I can't this was a great way to get feedback regarding what I was missing in the process. This was certainly cheaper than hiring an electrician to do a simple switch change (service call and labor). I was connected with a master electrician, sent him a picture of what my switch and wires looked like and within minutes I had the "fix." Worked like a charm! (having a picture to upload so he could "see" what I was talking about was very helpful).
Found it via Google. The AI got me help and I was able to subscribe and move further into my inquiry. I really stumbled onto it, but am VERY glad I did.
I've been concerned about my cat's behavior and physical appearance. Dr. Lewis answered my concerns. I'm grateful I used JustAnswer.
The process seemed easy and I didn't want to let my concerns continue.
Ask about the vechicle took the time to come up with a plan and then explained step by step what to do and answered my questions along the way and came up with his recomendation.
They got me a 2nd opionin and this mechanic worked with me.
Price was fair and have used service before and usally got results.
I went to a hulu site and some how got redirected to this site and they want to charge me $55.00 plus a dollar to reset it drop out now they are ripping you off
