My father has two properties with his name on the deeds. He passed away without changing his name to my brother or I on the deed. My brother went and took over the deed. My father had his name on the deed with my brother in C/O the deed. My brother passed away suddenly and my name was not on the deed. I became the executor of my brother's estate. I wanted to know how I could put my name on the deed without having to spend a lot on paying a lawyer. So, I found JustAnswer and paid $60 to talk to a lawyer about my situation and about using a QuitClaim deed. I wanted to sell the property and I wanted to change property owner ship to my name. I called to see if I could talk to a lawyer and I got this young man by the name of Regineld. I told him about the quitclaim deed and he said that I could use a quitclaim deed if you were the only one left and had no other family involved with the property. And being the executor of the estate I would be able to be the grantor of the estate. Regineld made my day and brought a relief to me that made me feel great. I was skeptical about this service. After trying to get follow up support from my vet for recent treatment regarding my dogs gastritis. The response was just bring your dog in again. All I wanted was to find out if her not going to the bathroom was normal with the medicine provided. I then went to this service. In 10 minutes I was connected to a veternarian and she was Terrific, explained everything associated with her issue and the medicine. She put me at ease and sure enough my pup eventually recovered exactly as she explained. She was terrific, kind and thorough. I am now going to be a regular user of Just Answer. Although he was not able to resolve issue, he did set us on the correct path to find the corroded wire which had lost connection.

Customer service was fine, but talking me thru too fast. I don't have lots of questions so I don't want the monthly service. Remove any other charges. I won't call any more.

My landlord is trying to make me pay electrical repairs that's his responsibility. I was advised to write him a letter for starters and see what happens.

Dr mike was very good at explaining what meds a duck can have. I did have to look up how to administor a liquid, or a pill. Not an easy thing to do.

I Was charged $ 51 dollars and did not get any answers to my questions so I was coned out of $51 dollars for nothing.

I needed help with my TV. It seemed reasonable to use these "experts" for a dollar. But when I was about to be connected, I was signed up for a "membership" of $50+. OK, I could afford that. My first "engineer" said he felt better if we talked on the phone. That cost another $20+ and I went for it. He never called and disappeared leaving me to a second "engineer". The second engineer said he tried calling but never reached me. He hadn't called but messaged me. I gave him another number, my home phone. He told me he could only call to my cell phone which must have a spam blocker that I would have to elimate for him to speak to me. At my age, the rigamarole to unlock the phone wasn't worth it and it struck me as strange he could only call my one number and not the other even though the site said "edit" the phone number which, by the way, did not work. Is this a scam. They have all these good reviews but the internet thinks they may be dishonest. You decide.

I adopted a third cat unexpectedly when her former momma died at age 99. She is super shy (but sweet) and has been living under a bed in a guest bedroom for almost 3 months. Our Whirlpool oven all the sudden would not light, even though the igniter was glowing like normal. I contacted justanswer and the tech said the igniter isn't drawing enough to release the gas valve. He suggested replacing the igniter, sent me a youtube video on replacement and another link for the part. I ordered the igniter, replaced it and it worked! Great customer service.

I was hacked and FaceBook disabled me. Our chat was good but did not solve my problem. I thought they would advocate for me but instead sent me links to read. That was my problem that I did not understand the FB links information. I was guided by the person who was helping me. He was always there for me to vent and guide me, but my FaceBook problem was not solved. I had to create a new account. Lost everything on FB from 10 years history.

I contacted just answer as after goiglung & utube video, the location of the part was still not accurate, and I was getting frustrated as the person that thought they were going to help me was no help at all, and annoying. The mechanic called me, attempted to send me diagrams,which didn't come through,so he sent by a different means. I quickly found the part(the others were giving me the location on a 5 year newer vehicle) replaced it and wet on with my day.

My guy helped me set up my REL T9i subwoofer with special connections to my Marantz cinema 40.
Everyone struggles with this setup and there is no info online or through REL or Marantz! He did his research and saved me tens of hours of trying to figure it out myself!
