Trying to cancel Monthly Fox Nation from ATT- they cancelled the extra billing but somehow within a couple days Fox Nation billed me a year’s charge for 4/4 2024-5! They tried to ignore the problem so I went to JustAnswer and within a short time my problem was solved!!

When you give them your cc# to pay the $2-5 fee that you think is to get an answer to your question, you are actually signing up for a subscription and they immediately take another $39 from you, whether you are aware of it or not, or whether you consent or not.
They distract you by switching from online chat to texts and hide the fine print.
No refunds.
What a disgusting, unethical business.
There are very few legitimate roles for government. This should be one of them. But, of course, they don't care about companies ripping people off.

Once I discovered I was being billed for services I was not using, or about to use, I pursued cancellation. After my initial contact it was clear I was not going to pursue additional help, discussed that with my contact and thought that was all I needed.

I had trouble opening my email address and was directed to this site for help and was told there would be a $2.00 charge which would be refunded. I was unaware of a membership charge of $68.00 can and all I got was instructions about what I already did, it was all to confusing as I was trying all day. I am a senior and felt like I had been wronged. I finally fixed my problem at about 2:30am and today was surprised that they signed me up for a membership I did not want. The nice lady I spoke with canceled the membership and gave me a refund which I hope to see on my PayPal account.Thanks so much.

This was my first time dealing with GI Stasis with either of my bunnies, and the vet was able to walk me through the process of helping Bunnie ease his pain. Big thanks to Erin who was able to give instructions through my obvious state of panic as well as checking in after our call to make sure Bunnie was doing okay.

The person that helped me link with Erin was lovely and kind to me during my panic/anxious state.

I went to just answer page and was told to only pay 5.00 to speak with someone so I entered my debit card. Unfortunately, they end up taking $46 dollars without my knowledge and signed me up for premium when I did not request premium. The charge my debit card without my permission and used my card for monthly ongoing payments without my knowledge. I spoke with customer service and they're stating once you use your debit card and paid the 5.00 it automatically charges you $46 dollars. They emailed me after they took my money out my account. I immediately cancel my membership and let them know their scammers.

I wished I'd known sooner. I'm in Australia and find this service very slow. Even when an expert answers hours and hours later, I keep getting cut off and the expert doesn't remember to reply. No way of contacting them. Don't waste your money!

Got technical help from a 3rd party service provider on their platform, who was helpful.

Was fraudulently charged and signed up to this illegal entity. Contacted them concerning the charge to my credit card and knowing nothing about their business. Guy on phone rudely stated my card would not be refunded. Ludicrous.

I explained my problem to him. He performed a remote access on my computer, but couldn't remove the block on the solitaire games, but he turned it over to someone to work on it. I feel that Faheem explained my problem to them and made sure the problem was fixed. So, thank you Faheem. You're the bomb.

Using this site was so easy.they told me what to replace. I'm definitely going to continue to use this site for future issues.

This was a waist of my time and money. I have no clinics anywhere near my location and no doctors are available in my area! My only choice is to find a hospital (not near me) and go to emergency

I have had issues related to low estrogen for 10 months manifesting in persistent itching. Doctor was very helpful in giving me wise counsel about the treatment avenues that I have been pursuing.
