Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Veterinarian called me within 8-10 minutes of my putting in request. Calm, good listener, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very glad to have reached him. And grateful for his advice

To help resolve an issue with my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid brake problem
Site advertises get an answer to a question - in my case trying to get a valuation of a painting I own - for $5. Unbeknownst to me they also charged me a $65 membership fee. This is a monthly charge that will continue until you cancel.
Sadly the "expert" they paired me with had no knowledge of the type of painting I had and ended up vastly undervaluing it. He didn't do any research to find the answer, just took a guess.
Deceptive and not worth the money.

Great Experience and very thorough. They were patient and answered all of my questions in detail. I knew exactly what to do.
The vet was polite and knowledgeable, its the dishonest service I have a problem with. They send you a text saying join for just $5 fully refundable, then it sends you to a secure page. At that point I just wanted an answer and I trusted the $5 price (I should have read the whole page). On that secure page it states in small print there is a $35 a month membership fee. I cancelled after my chat but have been charged $40. Misleading.
Update- I have changed my review to 3 stars. I have now been refunded the membership fee. Customer service refused to help until I left the negative review.

With minium info I gave to Frank he was able to give several possibilitys that could be happening.
As i check for power to the MAF sensor I found the voltage from the breaker box was at 4v. It turned out to be a faulty breaker box? It was a fault that would have taken even a trained serves tech hours locate with hands on.

In my opinion, JustAnswer not doing the business fairly and transparently. They will charge you although they can not answer your question. On top of that, they never told you how they calculate their charges.
Suddenly they charged my Credit Card USD 40 for the question they couldn't answer.
And also they charged me another USD 1 which I didn't know for what.
Their answer is just general answer which we can get freely from chatgpt, google, etc.
Also, when I want to ask regarding how they calculate the charge, it will go to the page that I have to pay.
There is no way that we can contact them without paying.
So, please be careful.

Accepted the interactions with the vet, the questions were appropriately given to the information I was thinking may be possible to concerns.
Thus far is very positive, we are still in the process of taking care of the horse.
Vet care at this time was very limited and my horse needed intervention to help the mare begin to improve. The Vet I've been working with has been helpful and is still inl the process helping the mare at this time.
The live chat lady said it was a $2 refundable charge to keep asking questions, and it automatically charged me $86 Australian dollars. When you ask a question, the lawyer asks for a phone call which will cost you another $85! When I found that they had deducted money from my account, and cancelled the subscription immediately, the service lady said very sorry. I argued that I didn't know there was a hidden membership charge, and she stopped the conversation suddenly.

I wanted to ask a general legal question and paid the $5.00 for the "refundable, No commitment" membership. My bank called immediately with their $60.00 Monthly membership charge. I certainly did NOT sign up for that! They refuse to reimburse. A total SCAM!
