“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I had a question about filing some paperwork. All I got were useless AI written lists. "We know that filing paperwork with the Government can sometimes be frustrating," or "Make sure to gather all the paperwork you need in one place before filing." This was the level of help they offering. If you respond that the answers they provide are unhelpful, they reply: "What part did you not understand?"
I've come to doubt if any of the lawyers on the site are even real. It seems much more likely that they are AI bots spouting out nonsense in order to trick people into signing up for the monthly service.

My inquiry was to find legal direction to advocate for an inmate in jail whose health because of being in jail has caused physical health deterioration and life threatening condition to his heart, lungs, and major organs. We are caught in the middle of political lack of funding to jail to provide adequate health care to heal and restore. It is very, Very, VERY serious Thank you for your compassion and guidance.

Other than having to wait 10 minutes to get a doctor on line, the result was an excellent interactive Chat that resolved my issue. The product offered by JustAnswer is quite amazing, convenient and inexpensive. I believe the medical industry should take a look at this pioneering approach to both home and mobile based health care. Just think about it, carry your own medical professional in your pocket via your cell phone.

1. First they say the charge is $5 but on the payment site it becomes 51 because now you are signing up to membership.
2. They ask a lot of questions through their bots and then provide some high level uses advise that you must have googled a hundred time anyways.

Same as all other reviews. Cancelled membership and they still kept taking $66 every month. Only way to make it stop was to cancel my card. These people are making money off peoples problems...it's disgusting beyond belief!

For a simple not valuable sms answer they charged me 46 USD. Then next month again tried to charge me telling that I have subscription. This is not appreciated and never recommend justanswer service. Be careful with it.

I was so impressed! Never used this service, have very rare and vintage items which I tried w a set of gold gilt teacups, great communication, asked for several photos, marks, etc and took the time to research, will use again!

Ask me all these questions says $5 go to pay $35 bait and switch stay away and use google I'm sure that's what they do. Oh and thanks for wasting my time Mike they want proof of purchase so you don't get "lost" in their algorithm shady business tactics. Should be van from internet stay away

It is implied your chats are free (THREE a month) is what I found out when I went to ask a 4th then they want another $25 for each chat until the next month. When I look at my benefits as a member For a low fee each month, you can ask questions to doctors, lawyers, mechanics, and other Experts. Save time and money every month with:

All that is missing is $$$$$$$$$ after each one, I cancelled and requested a refund (only been a Member for 3 days). The online person didn't want to hear a word I said, no response other than some legal page when I put my card info in, which I didn't use. When I asked for a sup - she checked and 'they are in a meeting" not sure maybe they have 10pm meetings for the night staff. Seemed like a cop out.
Too Bad becausetThe woman that did help answer my questions - was GREAT. But not worth $25 everytime I want a chat answer.

If you have a question a month or so, and want to be $35 plus monthly. Maybe be worth it to you, otherwise I say find it online or somewhere else. Could get very $$ Good luck

3/31 - Update - the customer service is still terrible and the information still misleading, but I did try what was suggested - the call was a complete waste of time, the person I spoke to knew nothing of any extensions, which happened the first time as well. After signing up for what is *(as of now, only 3 days in) unlimited chats, more $$I have had one more so far than last time and no fee popped up. we will see

This was Just answer - questions from Expert. I can't answer the questions because the person that answered was great, the woman I chatted with for Help on my benefits sucked, so all 5s for the Expert, all -0- for the customer service for the company and the lack of interest in trying to keep a customer.

It started out as a dollar to ask a medical doctor a question. Upon entering my credit card I was charged a dollar. But what they dont tell you but advertise that its not possible is to get a prescription from them or to refill a prescription. Today I was looking at my account and Ive been charged 46.00 for the dollar question. There is only 1 way to cancel subscription and get this you have to pay them again 14.95 I think for a cancellation letter they send email. So nothing the Just Ask has to say is no the truth. All lies and scams/

If I could give 0 stars I would. Website advertises $2 fee and after I had my questions "somewhat" answered I checked my bank and see that they charged an additional $66. They says that it's clearly stated that you are buying a monthly subscription. Well we "clearly" have very different definitions of clear. DO NOT fall into this scam. The help you receive you can all find on google anyway!

JustAnswer's upfront charges as of January 2023 are $35 even though they pitch it as $5. Read the fine print and make sure you really need this, more so than you would for a $5 purchase.

I had some back and forth with a plumber and he shortly stopped responding without answering my question.

Advertised as $5 dollars to ask a question. They end up charging you $65 for a membership you never agree to. Then say "sorry you didn't notice you were joining for $65" Even though their front freaking page says FIVE DOLLARS in large print and nothing about $65 dollars anywhere else. I asked 1 question with no follow up questions via text. Unacceptable. Greedy $#*!ing people. This is why no one likes lawyers!

The bot told me it was a 4 shekel refundable activation fee. I joined. Within a half hour I cancelled, having received no service.

I paid 108 shekel and am not being refunded. Other reviews had similar experiences.

An AI assistant informs you your question will be answered for $2. You agree and submit credit card information for what you have been informed is the $2 charge. The fact you are signing up for a membership and will be charged $49 immediately is not provided clearly. In fact you will get a $2 charge plus the $49 charge to get the one question answered which was clearly stated will cost you $2.
To be fair the question was answered very well. If I had been charged only the $2 as was clearly stated and then asked if I wanted to join at $49/month, based on the excellent answer I received I may have gone for it. Now I will never use them again to save myself the search work.

I was really unhappy with my experience with Just Answer. First off, it looks like it costs only $5 to join, but after you do, you are informed that you were charged $5 to join AND $55 for the monthly membership! That should have been a lot more clear. Of course no refunds will be given unless they are legally forced to pay. After I connected with an "expert" he advised me not to talk to him on the phone, because that would cost ANOTHER $50 right off the bat, so I chatted online. I had a very specific question on filling out a form and despite my detailed information for my particular application, he popped back with a link to a publication from the IRS I have already seen. When asked again for help with my particular situation, he said, "Anyone else will give you the same advice. We are specifically instructed to not recommend anything that is not in the official publication. "

I contacted this company to ask a question about automotive. It says it's only $5. They ended up charging me a membership fee automatically and stole $39. I'm glad I saw it because they were gonna steal from my account monthly. I called customer service and got a line of bull$#*! along with a "your out that money". SCAM SITE
