This company is a disgrace. Literally living up to all the negative stereotypes about sleazy lawyers. They will scam you into giving them your card details for "free trials" or something similar, and then end up charging 50£ monthly subscription for services you don't use. Shameful

Asked them to take it out my funds, they told me either I send payment or no funds

My experience with the senior lawyer was amazing. I noticed the first so called "person" you speak with about any problem is just an especially dumb chat bot.

You can say pretty much anything to them and they will just vomit forth pre scripted questions (which you can answer with complete nonsense, such as telling them your sick kitty is a Ferrari with fouled spark plugs, or your Chevy is a "Ford Model T built in 1905.")

Then they auto forward you to their "payment" screen.

A sleazy company that seems to solely exist for taking desperate peoples money.

After my Windows 10 update, Edge crashed & I had no internet service. Tried to get through to Microsoft tech support 5 times--no luck. I just "happened upon" JustAnswer, who had MS certified tech support help. It was worth the $40 charge! Bryan, the tech support person, was knowledgeable, helpful, stayed with me for an extended period of time as we problem-solved the issue. He got it fixed, and I am very happy that everything is working again.

Very straight forward and common sense approach to our potential issues. The attorney answered my questions regarding how much a person can ask for a specific land parcel and whether or not this price is governed by any limitations. He also pointed out that paying a bit extra for the land to also accomplish a deed correction would be safer than entering into litigation and court. I feel more empowered. Well. That's it really. They're a fake sad substitute without knowledgeable answers to questions you are probably asking, like me, at 3 am because the real professionals are closed. Don't waste your time or money. And even after you ask for a refund and ask them to cancel they still steal money from your account. Truly absurd. I hope they catch fraud charges bc what they do is not helpful, but criminal rather.

I had rescued a kitten three days before I located the just answer website while searching for a veterinarian open on Sunday. The kitten had a very sore front paw that appeared infected. He needed help ASAP. After reading the information on the site I made the decision to try it. Very quickly I was texting with a vet who asked good questions and agreed that the kitten should be seen that day if possible.
