Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Taking a pet to a vet when something might be wrong could cost hundreds of dollars. Just Answer gave me some clear lines of things to look for. We waited it out and our baby kitty is doing great. It helped answer the "should I stay or should I go?" Question.
This was hands down the most unpleasant experience I've ever had when it comes to online businesses. After day 4 of myself sending multiple emails, talking to multiple people, being promised phone calls that never happened, told by agents they would look into it and they would be right back but never came back and them saying they were marking my question as urgent I cancelled. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Super annoyed that I wasted my time for nothing!

I asked a question a few months ago. It was very helpful, and only $5. I cancelled the recurring $30 membership. No problems so far.
Last month, I had another issue, and did the $5 again. However this time I was charged $30 as a "renewal" fee, and had to cancel again to prevent recurring charges.
I tried getting a refund, but was not offered one.
Guessing any future questions are $30 each, REALLY? :(

Watch out for the recurring charges, and be aware that the $5 special is only good once. After that, it is $30 and the possibility of recurring charges if you do not cancel in time.

I signed up to JustAnswer today to hopefully diagnose my Surface Pro 6, with which my screen is cracked and my keyboard is having low functionality. It claimed I could sign up for $1, to be refunded. Well, they charged me $46 in addition to the dollar, starting a monthly fee. The one "answer" I got was that I should take it to a repair shop near me. Customer service would not refund me, and I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. Beware to anyone considering contacting them. Call a local computer servicer first!

Don't believe the "sign up for $1" ad, it's a complete scam.

They say it'll only cost $5, and don't tell you about the $30 they'll also charge. Their "pros" are full of it. It took an hour for them to respond to me, convinced me my fish was dying and I needed to buy another expensive fish medication. Do not fall for this like we did.

Online it said 5 dollars to ask a question. When your paying and press accept, they're not saying accept payment...they're fooling you into signing up for a membership so you can ask your question...they've charged me 46 dollars the last three months and I didn't even know I signed up for a membership. I addressed it with customer service and they said " sorry no refunds bc of paragraph 10 whatever whatever" I'm so upset because that was gas money to get my family to and from work and daycare until payday and it's gone. They wouldnt even try to work with me. DO NOT use this site. You'll unknowingly accept a membership and you'll never get your money back.

Having difficulty getting my Epson printer to print from my Mac. I called Just Answer and got a person named Ben He patiently and competently guided me(at my own pace) through all the necessary steps to solve the problem. Finally after almost an hour online (my fault --not his) success was achieved. Ben also was kind enough to leave me with a detailed set of instructions I could follow if the situation should arise again. He instantly became almost a friend helping me out, rather than a mentor. He also followed up with me unbidden with an Email the next day.
My furnace began to misbehave, after only 7-8 years. Vendor conclusion was it was due for replacement.
Expert feedback suggested that more work on the flu and intake air flow was in order, or possibly a blower replacement. We're not done yet, but what was a boiler replacement may just be a better informed service visit!

Quick response & the attorney articulated quickly what we needed to do. Attorney was also exceptionally helpful on follow-up questions. I'm very appreciative of this site to get a quick answer with the convenience of asking from my office, and the exceptional cost-effectiveness of this way of getting legal answers. Way more cheaper than paying $500 an hour (& a face-to-face meeting almost always includes small chit-chat which is an unintended cost). My experience took about 5 minutes total for an exchange of six responses from both me & the attorney, & cost me about $50. I'm very confident of the answers he gave & confirmed what I was thinking. "Join for $5" is the lead and then they charge you both $5 and the $55 monthly membership. Don't tell me they are not trying to be deceptive by charging this way. Insane. Most expensive 2 minutes with an expert I have ever spent. I couldn't get back to the original page I started from, but I found the one in the picture which says "$1 to join".

Just Answers boarders on being a scam. My question around a car problem was not answered for days and the advice was repeatedly wrong. Stupidly, I clicked on their "trail" offer and got my credit card charged for three months before my wife alerted me. You might get a good answer if you don't know how to screw in a lightbulb, but for 99.999% of humans, don't go near this operation

Once they get your credit card number, your gone! My first ever internet compliant and compelled to do so. How they are allowed to operate is beyond me. You will simply be charged at random times for no reason and good luck getting your money back.

I started the process early this morning, was hooked up with an expert by text. Then they had misunderstood I wanted phone call. So he told me to pay for phone call and he would call me. I called 5 times, waited on hold an average of 30 min each. They finally assured me he'd be calling any minute and he never did. Hours later, I call back and he is "offline" amd they can't help me. What a JOKE and a WASTE OF TIME!

If you've ever waited in a shop, been gutted by a shop rate diagnosis or been sold on work not necessary then you need this service. I've diagnosed two problems, (non starting condition) and (excessive shaking) for less than 50 bucks. Both techs were spot on and the first situation required 6 or 7 steps to find the faulty circuit. This is so easy I'm sorry I didn't find it sooner! If you have any ability with a wrench and even a passing knowledge with autos, you can find answers for "chump change." I love this service! I'm not related to this company!

It's incredible how many answers you can get within a small amount of time, even in complex topics like law, business, accountancy. Most people answering are true experts and know their craft very well. In the 7 day trial you can ask as many questions as possible, which is really great! I highly recommend it, especially if you have patience waiting for their answer too which most of the time will arrive within minutes!
My pet became quite ill on a Friday night when I knew it would be more difficult and expensive to find an available vet. I searched the internet with a descriptive question and was taken to JustAnswer. I found immediate help that was very affordable. Not only that, but received follow up emails from them for the next three days to see how my cat was doing and to offer further advice on solving her issue. They will automatically subscribe you without your consent or knowledge. Beware, I lost $68 to this company, do not believe the positive reviews. The Assistant disabled the chat while I was asking why I was charged without my consent. Beware of them and do not patronize this fraudulent company.
